👹 Third POV 🥷

Tons of drawings of ninja were scattered across the floor, tables, and more.

"At last—the Sword of Fortune!" Young Harumi acts as the Green Ninja before she puts down the Red Ninja. "Not so fast, ninja. I am the Shadow Thief, and I'll never let you have it."

"Then we battle because ninja never quit!" Harumi makes the two ninja toys fight, rolling herself before their apartment starts rumbling.

Harumi's father bursts through their apartment door. "What was that?"

Her father runs beside young Harumi's mother as she turns on the TV.

Gayle Gossip appears on the screen, broadcasting the incident of the Great Devourer. A snake of a rather unusual size is attacking Ninjago. If you are watching this now, please leave the city at once.

The snake roars, it's scales appearing outside Harumi's apartment window.

"We need to leave, now!" Harumi's father grabs Harumi's arm, rushing his family out.

"But.." Harumi mumbles.

A crowd of people wait impatiently in front of the elevator. As the apartment starts shaking once more, Harumi's father holds onto Harumi's hand.

"We'll take the stairwell."

Harumi's mother opens the door as the family realizes the fire before, burning the stairs.

"Where are the stairs?" Harumi cried as the family runs back to the elevator.

The elevator was open. "There's no room. Take the next one." A man in the elevator says.

The elevator door starts to close before Harumi's father sticks a foot in between the doors, opening them again.

"Please, take her." Harumi's father slowly pushes Harumi forward into the elevator.

"No! I want to stay with you." Harumi protests, hugging her father. Her parents quickly push their child into the elevator. "Please! I want to stay. Mama!"

"We'll..we'll see you when we get down. I promise." Harumi's mother says as Harumi's father tries to make Harumi stay in the elevator. The elevator quickly closes and the apartment starts to  crumble.

"Hmm. So much for the ninja." A nurse says.

"Did you see that thing?" The other one sighs. "Lord Garmadon single-handedly destroyed it. He's the real hero."

The woman nurse grabs a photo flying in the air, a picture of Harumi and her parents. "Brave little girl you are. Where are your parents, child?"

Harumi sits still, ash on her face and paralyzed.

"Do you..have a name?" The woman asks. Harumi still wouldn't answer. "Well, aren't you the quiet one."

☯️ Y/N's POV 🌸

"The Oni Temple." Lloyd turns around. We walk through a bunch of spiky rocks and look at the whole bunch of small platforms.

Lloyd runs to one, jumping onto a platform. Harumi jumps as well, shrieking as she almost falls. Lloyd puts an arm in front of her and looks around. I jump onto a platform, on the right side of Lloyd.

"Is this safe?" I mutter understand my breath as Lloyd jumps on three platforms.

"If the last mask is here, it won't come easily." Lloyd says as if reading my mind, and squints at the dark floor. "Trust me, I've had my share of deadly tombs. Follow my every step."
