"I know babe, i love you."

Flight 589 now boarding, all army peoples please go to the gate.

"I-i love you M-Mitchy be strong f-for me, ok?"
Scott began tearing up.

"I w-will Scotty. Now go dont wanna miss your flight."

He started walking away but turned around and yelled, "I love you Mitchy!"

"I love you to Scotty!"

Then he was on the boarding gate, my Scotty, gone.

--------------------------

The past few days i have been a train wreck of emotions. The house is a mess, i need to go grocery shopping. Everything reminds me of him.

I heard my front door open and knew it was Kirstie when she sighed.
"Mitch you need to clean and get some food, have you eaten at all?"

"No"

"Ugh Mitch lets go we will clean! Get food! And open these curtians."

Kirstie went and flung the curtians open and the sun fled into the room. It literally burned.

"Ahhh! Kirstie!"

She pulled the blanket off and i felt a shiver go down my spine.

"Now go shower!"

"Ugh fine."

After my shower Kirstie and i cleaned up the house and we played music and it raised my spirits a little.

"Ok time to get out of the house!"

"Ok"

She grabbed her shoes and pulled be along. It was super sunny out. Of course i was wearing all black.

Kirstie had me all over the place today.

That night i was so tired i fell asleep on the floor in the kitchen. Do not ask me how.

----------- 3 years later -----------

I was sitting on the couch watching tv when my phone went off.

Kirstie: coffee at noon? :)
Mitchy: yas babe:)

I got up and decided to change. I put
on black pants and an acne studios sweatshirt.

"Coming in!" Kirstie yelled.
"Hey babe!" I yelled coming around the corner.

"Hey how is you?"
"Me is great thanks! Now lets go Kirst i need some coffee."

At Starbucks

"Holy shit is all of upper Hollywood here?"

"Guess so."

This place was packed! People shoving people. And they were all wearing.....Camo?

"Tell me im not crazy but are these people all army men?"

Kirstie doesn't say anything. Instead she pulls me out.

"Dont know but lets go to the mall, they have Starbucks there. And i wanna shop!"

"Okay!"

Le Mall

Kirstie drug me around the mall for at least 6 hours.

"Damn kit kat my legs hurt!"

"Hush it, one more store!"

"Fineeee"

Oh yeah ten minutes right. More like 10 hours!
She finally walked out at least an hour and a half later.

After that Kirstie finally dropped me off. Im surprised my legs made it up the stairs. I had done the dishes, cleaned my room, Scotts room and the living room.

One thing i always do is spray Scott cologne all over the house.

After three years i never forgot him.

After cleaning i sat on the kitchen floor drinking water. It was like a thousand degrees and the hard wood floor was nice and cool.

I dont know how i fell asleep but i woke up the sound of, the front door?

I look at my phone, 10:30 AM shit. I slept on the kitchen floor all night. Wow. Wait the door.

I crouched and peeked over the counter, nothing. Wait are those boots?
"What are you looking for?" A voice said.

It scared me so much that i flipped around and almost swung.

But im met with Scott.

I jump up into his arms and he holds me so tight. I started crying and i could feel his tears. He walk forward and sets me on the counter.

I pulls away and takes a long look at me.

"You look so different. Hop off the counter."

After i jump off he sets his hands on my hips and just kinda startes.
"You look amazing! You lost so much weight!"

"You too Mr. Muscles!" I say squeezing his arm.

"I missed you!"

"I missed you too!"

"Is that my cologne i smell?"

"Yep! Spray it all over the house sometime when im really missing you!"

"Awe!!"

He leaned in and kissed me, oh how i missed those lips!

"I love you."

"I love you too."
