YELENA WANTED AUDREY TO HURT, SIMPLE as that. She wanted Audrey to be at her breaking and that meant losing all her friends and family, and all of her happiness.
That being said, Yelena and Mal were now in the bakery mixing up a batch of chocolate cupcakes, the spell was already contained inside.
Once Mal sat them in the oven to bake, they just began waiting for them to be finished, it was midnight and they were both of them tired.
"I wanna know more," Mal jumped on the counter, swinging her legs.
Yelena turned her head to her, "know more about what?"
"You...why you're doing this." Mal sighed.
"I already told you." Yelena bites her lips, "I want revenge."
Mal laughs, "yeah, that's obvious, but what happened, what did Audrey do so badly that made you go to such extreme lengths to get back at her?"
Yelena turned her gaze to the baking cupcakes, "This isn't just about Audrey, Mal. This is about every single person in this school that has hurt me."
Mal jumped down, "what did they do?"
"For example, the day I confront you, not even thirty minutes prior, Audrey and her friends dumped all this slimy gunk on me. thought I broke my wrist," Yelena explains with a laugh.
Mal was about to speak, but Yelena cut her off again, "oh, I have another example... how about me trying out for the cheerleading team in eighth grade and they said I was too fat to be a cheerleader."
Mal was taken off guard by her words, Yelena didn't seem like a villain, she seemed upset and hurt.
"Or being chased in a bathroom stall every single day and I have to sit and have a full-blown panic attack until I know it's safe for me to leave."
