YOU GUYS I FEEL SO BAD!
I know there's really not much of an excuse for how late this is. I've had a really hard time lately and I'm so sorry. Two weeks ago was crazy and I had three tennis matches and I was practicing my instruments a ton after school for upcoming band(the class) gigs, festivals, and concerts. I had a concert last Tuesday and a gig yesterday. I was basically being drowned in homework. I've also been prepping for State Testing which I have tomorrow and next Friday. I'm also working on getting a new fanfic out in the next couple months.

But I finally found some song lyrics perfect for how done I am with school.
I'm so far gone now. I'm running on empty. Do you want to take me on?~Lunacy Fringe by The Used

I awoke to an urgent tapping on my shoulder. I looked up to see Gerard smiling above me.

"It's time to go home." he said cheerily.

I smiled at his perfect face. "Home is a wonderful word."

Mikey sat in the corner with his face buried in his hoodie and his legs pulled up to his chest. His hair stuck up in random places across his head and his glasses were crooked on his face.

He was such a young kid and he had gone through more than enough in his life already. Well, Mikey wasn't exactly a kid, but he was far from an adult.

"Mikey, mom's got her car out front waiting. Time to go." Gerard called at him.

Mikey mumbled something unintelligible then slowly lifted up his head.

He slowly pulled a gray beanie out of his pocket and pulled it over his ruffled hair smoothing it down a bit. He took both his hands and curled his fingers around the rim of his glasses and fixed them in place. Mikey sighed from his exhaustion.

I was still draped in the dotted hospital gown. I needed to get out of this thing. I looked at my arms concerned at what people would think when they saw them. The deep cuts had turned into risen pale scars that were still a shade of pink. Stupid scars.
