Objection, Hearsay! (belosx bump part 2)

The notification was about Darius not wanting Raine to be married to Belos due to the fact he was kidnapped by both of them and was now considered their child. Bumps eyes widen as he saw the message from the love child mainly due to the reason it was about how belos cheated on raine with Terra and how Darius wanted to expose him, Bump texted back. "Why do you want me to help you?" And darius replied almost immediately "Because he broke my nintendo switch and i need to get him back for it." Bump stared at the screen in disbelief but decided to help Darius in order to get revenge on his ex. They constructed a plan, Darius was in the living room talking to Bump when Raine walked in and Terra came from behind the couch and shot Raine, they fell dead and Darius looked at her and ran out calling 911. Soon enough the police arrived but Terra accused Darius of shooting Raine. Darius had Bump help him and a court case was opened, Darius' lawyers were Luz and gus, while Terras lawyers were Hunter and willow and surprisingly the judge was no other than Tinela nosa. Darius, team was looking for evidence when bump walked into the room "Bump you knew terra right?" Luz asked and bump nodded "She was belos' Yoga Instructor, but thats all i know of her." Luz nodded and continued to look for evidence when Gus chipped in "maybe you can help us? You were with belos after all before he got married to raine. Maybe theres some things that happened that could lead to Terra shooting raine." Bumps eyes widened as he hesitantly accepted the offer and he became a witness for Darius

Day of court (rip off yan)
It started off calmly but slowly just became one giant argument. Tinela was fed up and made everyone shut the fuck up. It was Terras first go and Willow was asking Darius question and Gus kept saying "Objection" and "Hearsay" for no reason and it went on like that the whole time willow spoke to Darius. Belos broke into the court room and walked up to Bump and accused him of shooting Raine. Everyone gasped and Bump denied it "Hes lying! I wasn't even in their house when it happened, I was monitoring the school!" Belos scoffed "You're lying you are obviously jealous of the fact I dated raine instead of you so you shot them. Admit it, you may not be up there or apart of the evidence but your guilty! I know and said so." Bumps eyes widen as he looked towards Darius to see he was crying. Bump looked back at belos and stood up "Even if i had the chance to shoot raine, Id waste the bullet on you. After all you married them when it was supposed to be our wedding! I truly loved you but you obviously didnt care.. I really thought i could trust you" bump said the last part rather sadly "You fucking wh-" before belos could finish his sentence Tinela chimmed in "SHUT UP THIS ISNT ABOUT YOU GO FIND ANOTHER COURT TO DO YOUR SHENANIGANS IN, THIS IS ABOUT RAINES DEATH AND MURDER NOW FUCK OFF" belos becamed angered and stormed out while bump took a seat and Gus went up on the pedestal and took a deep breath "So miss Terra, where were you at the scene of the crime?" Terra rolled her eyes at Gus "I was in the garden and I heard a gunshot and ran in to see Darius with gun in hand laughing like a maniac!" Darius glared at Terra and Gus nodded "..And what time did this happen?" "I don't lnow! I didn't have my phone with me which is why I wasn't able to call the cops right away." Gus continued asking Terra and she kept answering bluntly. Tinela called a 15 minute break and Terra smirked to herself pulling her phone from her pocket and calling someone. Darius sat down and bump gave him a bottle of water "Do you need a drink?" Bump asked with a sympathetic smile "no, but thank you bump. You're more of a fatherly figure than belos will ever be..." bump smiled at Darius "I'll be here if you need me." The break was over and hunter went up to the pedestal and called bump up to the front. Bump was confused but he went anyway. Belos once again walked in to the room more calmly than before and walked up to the front and took a seat. Bump was confused "Excuse me miss Nosa, Why is he here?" "Terra said they had another witness who was late. Apparently this was him." Luz and Gus were in disbelief and hunter was furious. Hunter cleared his throat "I- uh- so bump w-what was your relationship with.. Belos." Hunter stuttered, he obviously was not ready but knowing whos side he was defending he suddenly didnt want to help Terra. "I was belos' boyfriend for six years.  I knew Terra for a long time due to her assisting belos with his yoga." Hunter inhaled "When were these yoga sessions?" "Usually on Saturdays, Fridays and Wednesdays. Those are times I'm usually out of the house and I caught-" "Objection Hearsay" willow said but bump continued anyway "I caught them both fucking." Darius' eyes widen as Terra was dumfounded, belos cut hunter off "LIES! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ANYONE IF I FUCKED TERRA?!" "Because i still wanted to stay! I didn't want to lose you so I convinced myself it was all in my head and acted like everything was fine but it wasn't, belos! Imagine living with the fact of knowing your Boyfriend was cheating on you with his Yoga instructor!" Belos went quiet and they went on with the court case.

Timeskip

It was Luz's turn and she was almost done asking questions "miss terra, you were in the garden correct?" "Yes i was." Luz went silent but then asked "Then, how were You able to tell Gus what the gun was? And where Raine was shot? No one ever brought it up and assuming you were in the garden you wouldn't know what gun it was, And according to Darius you know nothing about that." Terra went red in anger "So?! It doesn't mean I shot them!" Luz then requested for a surveillance video to be shown, and it showed Darius sitting on the Couch and Raine walking in, and Terra shooting them and pointing the gun towards Darius.
