Chapter thirteen: Day of unity plan

Hunter, Willow, Gus, Amity, Emira, and Edric, all sat in the secret room in Blight Manor. The day of unity was close and they needed a plan.

"Dose anyone have any ideas? Any at all?!" Gus asked walking back and forth, "It's been an hour Gus- I think the answer is still no." Edric said.

It was early in the morning and everyone was tired and stressed. Hunter was half asleep and no one had any ideas on what to do.

"Luz said that she would have a plan when she came back. Maybe we can look for her?" Amity suggested. "We know you're worried Mittens, but Luz is wanted." Emira said placing a hand on Amity's shoulder.

"Maybe we wait until Luz comes to us." Hunter said quietly. Hunter was extremely tired, he spent hours in the library trying to find information.

"Hunter has a point. Luz should be back on the boiling isles by now. She could come looking for us." Edric exclaimed.

"Maybe, but what if she was captured already?" Gus said placing his hands behind his back.

Hunter sat up,"Raine Whispers lead a rebellion against the emperor. They could have The owl lady or Luz." Hunter said.

"How do you know that?" Amity asked, "Ex Golden Guard-" Hunter said.

"How would we even find them? Wouldn't they be considered a trader?" Gus asked. "I'm not sure, but I know they're still working for Belos." Hunter said yawning.

"Maybe they're not the only who sees something wrong with this all." Edric suggested.

"What about Kikimora?" Willow asked, "No, she's almost killed me several times before. And she almost killed Amity." Hunter replied.

"What about one of the other head witches? Do you think any of them may be good?" Amity asked. Hunter shook his head, Hunter knew that most of the head witches though Belos was a saint. But he wasn't sure about all of them thinking that.

"Maybe we should rest for now? We'll continue thinking of a plan later, when we aren't all half asleep." Amity said standing up, "Fine. But we're ganna figure a way to stop Belos." Gus said, he was the one who called this meeting. He thought since the day of unity was so close that it would be a good idea to make a plan.

Everyone had decided they'd stay in the secret room for now. They agreed they'd all rest up a bit and then make a plan later in the day.

Mostly everyone was asleep, expect Hunter, Edric, and Willow.

Edric was sitting next to Hunter trying to get him to relax. And Willow was trying her best to fall asleep. Everyone was already on edge, but knowing the day of unity was so close just made it worse.

Luckily they weren't alone. They had all of Hexside to help when the day of unity came.
