White house, blue shutters. From what I could see from the side of the LO's house was that there had been a car obviously stopped suddenly in the middle of the road. Doors wide open. It's probably the dead guy from the back yard, the one I shot with the silencer after using shiny shoes as my human shield.
I have 5 goons up front. I think one was shot. That means the other four are tied up with the stand off right now. I see one guy with my goon who's like a few feet in front of him. Both with drawn weapons, but they aren't shooting because that means they know other guns are on other guys.
That doesn't give me any solid numbers on how many enemies I got up there.
I sent out an SOS text alert to our guys for back up. But shit could get real ugly before anyone gets even half way here. This was supposed to be a simple whack and grab. This asshole was supposed to be alone. I'm pissed off. I can't run up front, but I'm not just gonna do nothing.
Instead I grabbed the slender man with his bloody head and dragged him to the back door of the house. It's one of those doors that's half wood, half glass. It's got wood pieces creating four little windows.
I used the tip of my gun to crack one, and quietly I just shattered one square of the glass. Enough to stick my wrist in. I unlocked the back door and grabbed the shiny-shoe asshole's feet again. Sun glinted off the polish, it dimmed when I dragged his dead body inside the house.
Thump, thud, thump, thud. I dragged this idiot up the staircase and took a quick breath before dragging him to the 2nd floor window. My incision fucking hurts, I'm scracthed, hit, bruised. I'm pissed. I went to the front window and peeked out of it.
Okay. From my visual here I see 2 of my goons behind their car using it for cover, holding their guns out to the other 3 enemies who were using the discarded car as their block off. Their backs are to me. My men are facing the house.
My phone started ringing with Renzo's number. "Yeah?" I answered half out of breath. "Good, you aren't fucking dead. What the hells going on?" He asked. "Listen, I don't have time. Just tell me you called the police chief to discredit any calls from this area because I got a lot of guys in a standoff. They'll get pinched" I asked quickly.
"Already done" my smart cousin did the first important thing. Detour the cops. "Then hold on a minute" I put the phone down and dragged the dead man to the window.
Quietly I opened the window and waved my hand to try and get the attention of one of my guys. I saw one's head snap up after a minute. I gave him the fingers showing a countdown. Then I grabbed Mr. Shiny shoes and lifted him up.
With all my force I shoved that man out the second story window. With the crash of the screen, that body flying down, and slamming to the ground...I distracted the bad guys. At least long enough for me to shout, "UCCIDILI!" (Kill them)
BANG, BANG, BANG. POP, POP, POP. It was like the fourth of July only the fireworks were bullets.
The guy in the close standoff would have possibly been killed if he wasn't smart enough to jump away. I stuck my arm out after I shoved that dead asshole out of the window, and used the gun to shoot from up here.
I emptied the clip hoping one would kill him because I wasn't with a sharpshooter rifle here. I had a handgun. I got him though. The guy dropped.
"DANTE, DANTE" I could hear the muffled distant voice of Renzo hollering for me over the phone. I picked it up still out of breath, but mostly from the adrenaline. "You good?!" Renzo asked right away. "Yeah, I'm good. I'm gonna go check on our guys. Call the coroner" I told him. Hanging up.
