it was the final battle between humanity and the demonic kinds. even the ruler of those cruel creatures had participated in decreasing the amount of demon slayers who tried to attack him. it was a blood shedding war. many screams and cries could be heard throughout the night. the unpleasant stench of blood and decaying bodies had filled the air. it was an unforgettable night for all.
muichiro, my love, remember to find me in the next life. okay?"
she felt pain everywhere. it hurt to breathe, it hurt to move, it even hurt to keep her eyes open. she felt herself soaking in her own blood. everything happened so fast, she couldn't catch up.
"i promise. i'll find you in each lifetime. i love you so much."
he pulled her closer to himself. he placed her tightly on his lap and pulled her into his warm embrace. he stroked her hair with a such a gentle touch. all for the last time. his vision started to blur as salty water had formed inside his eyes, daring to fall out. he planted a small kiss on her forehead and caressed her soft cheeks.
"hey.. promise me something too. promise me that you'll wait for me." he said weakly as he saw a warm smile spreading across his lovers face.
"of course. i'll wait for you, even if it takes you 100 years."
her voice getting smaller and smaller as she spoke. and at those last seconds, her eyes slowly closed. all of the pain she had felt had suddenly disappeared. it was so peaceful and heavenly. just like walking on fluffy clouds almost.
"please find me soon, my love. i'll be waiting."
nezuko had woken up with sweat running down her forehead, a headache, and a shaken body. recently, she's been having these weird dreams about herself and a mysterious man. his face was always blurred and whenever his name was mention it was always 'bleeped' out. weirdly enough, it all seemed so familiar to her.
she sighed as she took her phone and tapped on the screen. 6:48am. it was time for school and if she didn't get up in the next 5 minutes, she would be late.
nezuko took the soft fluffy warm blanket away, and slid her long legs off of the bed and to the ground. she had gotten up from her comfort place, and headed to the restroom. she did whatever she had to do in there and got out looking absolutely stunning (as always).
