Come. The voice echoes through her mind.

Filled with curiosity, the girl quickly closes her eyes, taking in a deep breath as she focuses on his voice, forming a picture in her mind, recreating the earlier scenery around her.

It's not a place she's been to before but the image is enough to make out what it is.

Once the image in her mind is clear enough, the girl opens a portal with a matching scenery on the other side.

Much to her surprise, the place she finds herself in when she crosses is not the one she pictured, the long golden columns lining up the corridor quite different from the vision.

The corridor echoes with faraway voices, the girl looking around as she looks for him, jumping when a hand pulls on her wrist, the figure pinning her against a column covering her mouth with his hand.

"Wha—" She starts but stops midway as he presses a finger to his lips, looking around before letting out a relieved sigh, returning his attention to the girl, his green eyes silently questioning her.

"Surprise." The girl says lifting her hands half way, the word muffled by his mouth.

Following his movements, the girl watches as Loki looks round the column before lowering his hand.

"What are you doing here?" He asks, clearly surprised.

"I came to see you." She says. "Didn't you call for me?" She adds, frowning when his eyes widen for a brief second before he shakes his head.

"No. I did not." He says. "Did anyone see you?"

"I don't think so." She says. "I came to the place I saw with the message."

"Follow me." Loki says, gently grabbing her wrist as he drags her along the long corridor and into a room.

The room she saw moments earlier.

As she looks around the room, her gaze lands on him as he paces back and forth, pausing several times but resuming his walk without a word.

"So you saw a vision?" He says after a while, carefully watching her as she nods. "And you heard a voice?"

"Yes." She confirms. "I heard your voice Loki."

"Okay." He says, clearing his throat as he looks around the room. "Well, all I can say is that I did not call you here."

Vanessa only hums in response, averting her gaze to the floor, the action not going unnoticed by Loki, whose face softens as he looks at the girl.

"However, since you are here, perhaps we could go on a walk?" He offers. "Have a look around?"

"Can we?" The girl asks, her head snapping up in surprise.

"If you'd like." He says, smiling when the girl nods her head.

"I would love to."

"Very well." He says offering a hand. "But first, it might be best to change clothes."

"Right." Vanessa says, following along as Loki pulls out a beautiful green dress out of thin air.
