It is now Friday the day before thanksgiving break. I've been holding up my promise to Damien that he would be safe. He was still going through emotions but by this time he realized Dexter wouldn't be his last. I've been going over to his house every day and staying the night alot of the time. When we got out of school I let Damien off at his house and let him go in. He went up to his room and I stayed back. "Sam..?" I asked peaking past the corner to the kitchen. "Oh Blaize! Hi! "Hun.. Blaze, you are staying here. You've been so helpful with my son and I will not let you live out of your car. Wheres your stuff?" "Well uh.. I've been living in my car already" they looked astonished "Damien!" They yelled to his room "Get blaize a hoodie and a towel please!!" "Sam this r-" "You are going to take a shower I will wash your clothes lunch is ready for you to eat now go." Sam smiled and I sighed knowing I had no rebuttal. I went and grabbed my stuff from the car. I grabbed my shower essentials and went to take a shower. Damien knocked on the door and I answered in my towel. "Yes?" "Can I sit in here with you.. not to be weird I just don't want to be alone." I laughed a bit "I'll let you know when you can come in okay?" "Okay!!" He said with a big smile as I closed the door and got back in pulling the curtain closed "Alright!" I heard him come in and sit on the sink counter. "Sorry I do this with Sam as well I just don't like being alone for long periods of time" I laughed again and smiled peaking out from behind the shower curtain "it's okay I understand hun how was your day?" I ask and he started to talk about his whole day as I showered. When I finished up I asked him to leave and he did as such. I came out of the bathroom with his hoodie and a pair of sweatpants. He met me at the door and gave me a hug "We are going to be roomies!!" He said with excitement and I laughed hugging him back "We are now lets go set up the room" "Not so fast Blaize food." Sam said from the kitchen. I sighed "Yes.." Damien smiled a bit as he pulled me to the kitchen. I sat down and started eating the sandwich sam made me and Damien as we talked about living arrangements in the room. I tomd him all I had which wasn't much and we figured out a plan.
