A boy with a bowl-cut sat in class thinking about the small boy who had bumped into him previously when he was getting to class. He was absolutely certain that he had met the boy before. Which is strange because even though he has met many people before, normally, none of them made a lasting impression on the boy. He wouldn't really count this as a lasting impression but at least he had the feeling that he'd met that boy before.
'Ugh...' The boy then decided to leave it at that and look up. Ready for class.
A tiny 8-year-old in an oversized lab coat walked into class carrying a computer, a teaching guide, a cup of coffee and a stack of papers. He had been a tad bit late by a few minutes but that was okay. A "Good morning class," could be heard coming out of the child's mouth. The 8-year-old was their... teacher? 'Smart kid things,' the boy had thought as he did every science lesson he had. Upon hearing the arrival of their teacher, multiple 8 year olds scrambled back to their seats. The loud screeching of metal chair legs dragging across the concrete tiles resounded around the classroom.
"Good Morning Mr. Kriedeprinz," the class chorused. Multiple 8-year-olds stumbled on his name but the teacher didn't really care about that. Honestly, 'Kriedeprinz' was hardly an easy name to repeat so most of the class just opted to call him 'Albedo' during class time. It was a wonder and a mystery as to why they still tried addressing him as 'Mr. Kriedeprinz' while greeting him before class.
"Are you okay?" The boy heard the soft voice of another classmate. He had pinpointed the voice to have belonged to Albedo's best friend, a soft-spoken green haired girl by the name of Sucrose.
"I'm fine, Sucrose. I'm a genius."
The green haired girl, Sucrose, looked extremely unconvinced. However, unwillingly to pursue the situation further, she nodded and looked back down at her notebook.
Class began not long after. Despite the class only beginning, the boy had already gotten bored and looked out of the window. He looked out in disinterest as his gaze flickered to a small bird's nest in the tree. He watched as little chicks attempted to take flight from the nest. He watched as a small chick, the runt of the bunch, spread his wings about to kick off and fly. He watched as the bird kicked off and fell off the tree. He laughed.
"Kunikuzushi?" the boy heard a voice say to him and finger snapping. He navigated his gaze towards the voice to see Albedo's face in his entire vision. Even his peripheral vision was just filled with Albedo. The small blonde haired kid stared into the boy's eyes. He felt as if the blonde was staring into his soul. He shuddered. Creepy... creepy but hot.
"Yes?" he answered, looking the other straight back in the eyes. Thus, the staring contest of the century began. That was until a small knock was heard resonating from the wooden door. Albedo turned around to see a white haired kid standing timidly next to the door. He immediately whipped around, his lab coat and blonde hair fluttering.
"Oh my god he's so hot"
"Ahsahsashsahsh step on me"
"What are the two of you talking about? He's a twink."The boy silently heard his classmates thirst after their classmate? Teacher? As he walked towards the door. 'Simps. Disgusting.'
The blonde haired boy offered his hand to the white haired boy who promptly took it as he was then dragged into the classroom. "Kazuha right?" the blonde had asked the albino in a hushed tone, to which the white haired boy answered with a nod. The blonde then turned towards his class...mates? (look, even author-chan doesn't know okay. It was just an idea of Albedo being a child genius teaching them science) "This is our new classmate yay," Albedo had said with fake enthusiasm because apparently energy was something required in a class full of 8 year olds. He then turned to the white haired boy prompting him to introduce himself.
"[When the leaves turn brown,
A long lasting goodbye comes,
Kaedehara]"
The boy introduced himself. It was a weird way to introduce oneself but effective. He then walked to take a seat next to Kunikuzushi himself. Weird is it not? There were so many other empty seats but he chose to sit right next to him- oh. Oh. OH. This was the boy who had previously bumped into him and his name... Kaedehara... it seemed familiar... OH! The boy from the park. He had said that his name was Kaedehara Kazuha.
Not knowing how to feel about his sudden revelation, the boy turned away from his park buddy turned desk buddy to look out of the window. He looked out of the window downwards to see a dead bird with blood surrounding it just splat on the ground. He chuckled a little. Turns out the chick wasn't strong enough after all.
