They did what they were told—minus Deuce putting the roses blue, and grim starting a forest fire—and started to help paint the roses.
But Ace had enough and asked if he could see the dorm leader. Cater refused since he did not have an apology tart with him at the moment and needed to leave.
They attempted to sneak back in but I'm getting the feeling he has multiple identical brothers, so they gave up and decided to make an apology tart.
But wait!
They were gonna be late for their first day of school!

"So you all are the fresh faces in my homeroom," the potions teacher said smiling at them.
