Harry is the forgotten child of James and Lily Potter. Harry is the forgotten twin of Chase Potter. Harry is the forgotten brother of Violet Potter.
Chase is the Boy-Who-Lived who has a lightning bolt scar on his forehead. But, he is not a spoiled child.
Violet is three years younger than Chase and Harry, eight years old. But, she is not forgotten by her parents.
Harry is not the Boy-Who-Lived and he doesn't have a lightning bolt scar on his forehead. He is easily forgotten by his family due to his unobtrusive existence even before the Halloween incident. It was all thanks to his bubbly twin who is always boisterous, and Chase grab his parents and godparents' attention to his early accidental magic even though Harry did belatedly.
Harry is being cared for by the old House-elf of the Potter family. Harry lives in the attic of the Potter Cottage where nobody knows except old House-elf.

Harry grows up alone and devoid of love from his family but he still has love from old House-elf Fadul.
Harry is intelligent and mature (technically force to). When he got a Hogwarts letter and it says:

For the first time in his whole life, Harry is excited to go to Hogwarts and immediately tells Fadul about his letter. Fadul smiles sadly at the little boy's anticipation of the coming first day of Hogwarts.
Same time, his twin Chase shouts at the top of his lungs as he runs downstairs while waving his Hogwarts letter to show James, Lily, and Violet at the dinner table. His family laughs at Chase's antic when he bounces around and entertained them about his dream of making friends at Hogwarts and becoming the best second Marauders.
The parents took Chase and Violet to Diagon Alley without Harry. Again, it was sadly expected for the little boy and Fadul. So Fadul took Harry to Diagon Alley and help him to order supplies from the list before going to the Ollivander's Wand Shop. Ollivander was floored at Harry's arrival, learning that he is another Potter child. Not just he saw the Potter family out before Harry enter. He didn't say anything after that, he measures Harry's right hand before they tried out many wands as it getting grow piles. Until Harry finally found the eleven and a three-quarters inches length Larch wand with Thestral Tail Hair core. Ollivander stares at the wand then at Harry; forth and back. Then Ollivander explains what Larch and Thestral Tail Hair are.
Strong, durable, and warm in colour, larch has long been valued as an attractive and powerful wand wood.
