Harry reincarnated in BNHA as the only son of his late parents(who look eerily similar to his last life's parents) and grow up with his mother's sister and her family. He wasn't abused by his relatives. He was simply neglected by his relatives. He raises himself since toddlerhood. His relatives' quirks are quite inferior, compared to his quirk and his parents' quirk.

His quirk is Magic Warrior.

His father's quirk is Transfiguration.

His mother's quirk is Charm.

Harry and his relatives relocated to Japan due to his uncle's new job for two years. Harry and Dudley went to the Aldera Junior High. From there, Harry meets Izuku 'Deku' Midoriya. He despises bullying with passion. He protects Izuku and fights with the bullies. Harry mocked Bakugou that he acts like a villain when he wants to be a hero. Mama needs to keep him on a leash like a good Pomeranian.

They ended up fighting in the classroom as it got damaged by their powerful quirk. The angry teachers broke them up and yelled at them, as Bakugou glared at his enemy also sneered back.

The tall bespectacled boy walks alongside the short boy who fiddles with his yellow backpack. Harry sees this so he asks what's wrong. Izuku told him he doesn't need to protect him since he only just got here a month ago yet he already made an enemy out of his childhood friend.

Harry just smiles and pats him on the fluffy hair, as he said he will always protect him even if he has to make enemies so be it.

In that moment—Izuku knew he fell for Harry.
