Drabbles - A Harmony Story

Plot 09

Harry and Hermione have a secret nobody knows; they have a one-year-old son(Zephyr Leo Potter). And they are seventeen(Harry) and eighteen(Hermione). They are in their seventh year. Zephyr is living with his grandparents (Hermione's parents). Harry and Hermione got married soon after Zephyr's conception. And they are happy with their marriage life.

On Hallow's Eve(Samhain), Harry and Hermione begin fighting over a positive test which he discovered at the bottom of the hamper she hides. He refuses to keep a baby as he told her that his enemy AND ally will use their unborn baby as leverage against them. One child is enough. However, she adamantly keeps a baby as she told him that he needs to get over his cowardice and face them like a meddlesome fool like he usually does.

Harry was mad at those words: a meddlesome fool.

Zephyr was startled awake by his parents' noisy rowing, which was also in his parents' bedroom. The clacking magic growing surrounded the angry powerful parents who didn't notice still screaming at each other. Zephyr was frightened and trembled as he watched his parents fight, standing in the crib. All of sudden, he exploded into a painful scream when the deficient magic lashed out and gashed his cheek.

Harry and Hermione immediately turned and were horrified at the sight of their son's bleeding. She drove to heave the bawling toddler into her arms. Harry stands there and watches Hermione constantly apologize to their precious child, trying to stifle tears in her honey eyes. Zephyr only bent backwards, screaming and bawling. She attempts to hold the towel on the cut to stop the bleeding. Harry steps forth and Hermione steps back and yells at him that it's his fault for injuring Zeppy. He gets angry again and yells back at her that it's also her fault for injuring Zeppy.

"Mama! Dada!"

Zephyr's distraught call has stopped their imminent fighting; the teen parents quickly embrace Zephyr, apologising over and over.

Zephyr was healed by a skilful muggleborn mediwitch who lived in the muggle world since she graduated in 1964(age 67). He fell asleep from exhaustion. Yamilet Justine Grant rebukes the ashamed parents for the harmful, uncontrollable magic near the child. Yamilet later confirmed that mother's eight weeks of pregnancy when Hermione admitted she is pregnant with a second child and she has just taken a test two days ago. She left with a glare at the foolhardy parents via the flooing.

The couple eventually stopped fighting as they didn't want Zephyr witnesses them fighting and gets hurt again. Harry reluctantly agreed to keep a baby. On the condition, they must keep a very tight secret about a second baby's coming. What's with the second war brewing out there. Especially with Voldemort leads.

Hermione's pregnancy grows bigger and bigger. Zephyr loves to put his ear against his mother's tummy to listen to his baby sister. Harry and Hermione learned about their baby's sex from Madam Yamilet last week. He is very excited to become a big brother. She cast a strong glamour charm on her baby bump when she was at Hogwarts.

She is five months pregnant.

Harry barely prevents Death Eaters from entering Hogwarts with Neville and Luna, who are the only ones who believed him. They make sure to bind the Death Eaters strong and tight so that no one can free them. He then offers Draco help to save his mother who is imprisoned in Malfoy Manor with Voldemort and his regiments.

At first, Draco was sceptical about his unusual aid. But then he was told by Hermione that Harry abides by his principle of promise. He believed her and accepted his assistance.
