Chapter 15

Reina

"Reina" Jacob says from behind me as I look out the glass window to the meeting room.

It's been two days since I've finally been let out from the hospital.

And three days since i purposed making an alliance with the Russian Mafia.

And a day since we came back home.

"Jacob" I say turning towards him.

"Yes?" He asks.

"Do you think that I'm making an a mistake with this alliance? Am I even a good mafia leader to lead you guys and this mafia?" I say doubting myself, after the arguing with my parents and confronting Jade about Alina I decided to push myself away again.

"Reina, you are everything and more to this mafia. You are the leader because your parents believe in you, your men and woman believe in you. Your friends believe in you. And this isn't a mistake , it's a risk but I'm willing to do it if you think it's the right choice , because I'm your brother and friend. Stop doubting your self Reina, who knows maybe you and Nikolai will end up together" he says making me turn my head back around to him almost giving my self whiplash.

I scoff " never in a million years would I be with him and in case you forgot he wants me dead more than the English do, what even made you say that".

"The sexual tension when you guys were dancing and eye contact at the hospital says a lot" Jacob says smiling making me roll my eyes.

"Your delusional , anyways what's the reason you came in here for and disturb my peaceful thoughts" I say.

"Oh right Um, Mr.Nikolai is here to speak further discussions about the alliance and to sign the paper" he says scratching the back of his neck.

"He's WHAT! He's here ? Right now?" I say wide eyed.

Jacob nods making me groan.

"Alright before you let him in get the girls and then let them in" I say as I head to my seat with a glass of wine.

I know , wine.

Not even five minutes later everyone comes in and when I mean everyone I mean Jacob and the two girls.

And Nikolai and his three.

"How do you know where I lived Volkov?" I ask as he sits down almost right next to me.

"I have my ways beautiful" he smirks.

Why is he calling me beautiful when I know for a fact after this ends he's going to go back to trying to kill me?

"Anyways you came this late at night for this alliance? Or is it because you miss me" I say with a fake smile.

He scoffs "don't flatter your self sweetheart" .

I chuckle but the get up and head over to my files to grab an alliance paper.

"Alright here's the paper, and I know you guys no what the rules are but I'm going to explain anyway" I say but before I could continue I catch Jade and Alina eyeing each other up.

I clear my throat making them both look at me.

"Rule one being that if we have any problems are selfs we must put them aside for this alliance due to the fact we are doing the alliance for an important reason"

"Rule two, both leaders of each mafias must always agree and be at the meetings that are related to the issue"

"Rule three, if you happen to kill someone from one of each other's mafia you are no longer alliances as you have broken one the rules"

That's a stupid rule, who made these?

"And that's all" I say.

"Wait and whoever suggested the alliance can either decide if the other mafia will stay with them or they just meet up" I say hating the fact I'm about to say they can stay considering all the extra rooms.

"Everyone understand" I say as I grab two pens.

"Understood" everyone says in sync besides Nikolai.

Nikolai reads over the paper, I'm sure to make sure it's not a trick.

He takes a pen and signs.

As do I.

"Looks like we're officially alliances princess" he says.

"Hmm looks like it, I'll give you a copy of the paper tomorrow but for now let's show you guys your rooms" I say and the smirk on Nikolai's face drops.

"We're not staying with you" he says.

"Oh yes you are, it's easier that way" I say back.

"No we aren't Reina, we can meet up for meetings and missions and that's it" he says standing up as do I.

"Your funny if you thinks that's how we're gonna work, and by you clenching your jaw it looks like your not use to someone telling what you are doing" I say with a smile on my face.

"Well two hot heads, this is going to be one hell of an alliance" I think Alekski says.

"I agree" Fallon says.

"You can't keep us here that's holding us hostage Valentine"  Nikolai says gaining back my attention.

I shrug "actually it's really not , you guys can do whatever the hell you normally do , you can leave the house and go out and host your meetings here, but the only difference is you'll be eating and sleeping here"

I'm guessing he didn't like the tone I used because h just grabbed my neck harshly.

But because he did that Jacob and the two girls pull out their guns and aim it at Nik.

While his three take out theirs aiming at my three.

I chuckle and smile.

"And who are you to tell me I have to stay here?" He says looking me right in my eyes.

"A woman who can easily make you go on your knees and bow down to me, and a woman who has a choking kink" I say making him groan quietly making me turn my smile into a smirk.

"So are you going to stop throwing a temper tantrum and stay or are you going to keep choking me, and who knows maybe I'll let you do other things to me" I say seductively but I'm joking, I would not have sex with him ever.

After a moment of silence he lets go of my neck and every lowers their guns.

"Fine" he mutters.

"Great now follow me and I'll show you to your rooms" I say with a smile as they follow me.

Anyways Im loving the Jacob and reina moment.

There will be more between Reina and her friends as the story goes on to show each bond. So far it's mainly been Jade.

And their will also be some moments with her and her parents by them selfs.

And Reina creating a bond with Nikolai's friends.

And of course the main reason if the story.
