Reina

I pretend I've been sleeping for a week since they called nik.

They haven't touched me.

I can still feel myself trying to fight actual sleep due to the fact I'm scared I won't awake.

I'm not the one to fear death and I'm still not , I'm only scared I'll never see my family and nik again.

Although I'm a little afraid of dying right now.

I haven't ate anything, they just kept giving me water.

I'm skin and bones at this point , filled with cuts and bruises.

"Wake up little shit" The English leader says.

Little shit, reminds me of my dad.

I miss them.

"W-What are you doing with that?" I ask as I see him with a branding iron.

"What does it look like" he says annoyed at my question.

"Are you going to brand me?!" I say as I start moving and screaming for help.

"No one's going to help you" he chuckles as he steps closer with the hot brand.

"No no no stop please" I beg as it inches closer to my stomach on all my new scars.

"AHHHHH" I scream and cry in pain as he brands me.

"STOPPP"

"I-I can't take it anymore , please" I cry out as he pulls the branding iron away.

I look down at my stomach to see their symbol branded into me making me cry had it stings and burns.

"W-Why are you doing this to me, I'll leave the mafia just please stop" I beg him.

"Wow the Reina Valentine begging for me to stop, but yet you didn't stop when my wife begged you to stop" he says

"W-who?" I ask.

He scoffs " YOU KILLED MY WIFE"

"I killed a lot of people" I cry.

"The mafia ball" he said.

"I didn't kill anyone, your men stabbed me and said to watch my back" I sobbed out as it still burns.

"NO BUT YOUR PEOPLE DID WHEN EVERYONE STARTED SHOOTING" he yelled.

"That's not my fault" I say.

"BOSS THERE HERE FOR THE GIRL" someone yells.

I cry this time time in happy tears that he's found me.

I hear yelling and shooting up stairs.

I try to yell for help but my throat hurts from screaming.

I hear someone running down the stairs I see his face.

The one that's kept me alive , those beautiful eyes.

"N-Nikolai" I whisper and cry as he rushes to get me out of the cuffs.

"I'm here my love, I've got you" he says as he breaks the last one.

"Behind you" I scream.

He turns around fast pulling out his gun aiming it at the that's given me all these cute and bruises.

The one that branded his symbol on me.

The one who raped me.

They continue shooting but miss as they each dodge it , I feel numb all through out my body.

I can barley walk, probably from the blood loss.

Nikolai's hun gets knocked out of his hand so does the English leaders.

They are now fist fighting and I still hear fighting and shooting upstairs.

I feel dizzy.

I look down to see my stitches have opened and I'm bleeding, a lot.

Fuck.

I look back u to where Nikolai is beating the shit out of him but it's getting blurry.

"N-Nikolai" I try to yell.

"NIK" I yell making him look up and he looks at my stomach.

Making his eyes widen he throws one last punch and gets up and rushes to me.

He takes his shirt off and he wraps it around my stomach trying to put pressure on it.

"It hurts" I whisper to him as tears drop from his face.

"I know, I've got you love" he says.

"Your not wearing a vest" I say to him.

"Not the time my love" he says as he ties the shirt

"NIK THE BOMB IS ABOUT TO GO OFF" I hear Jacob yell.

"ALRIGHT GET EVERYONE OUT" nik yells and picks me up causing me to hiss in pain.

But before he can even step on the first stair step he drops me making me cry.

I see him groaning as he his stomach bleeds and a dagger gets pulled out.

The leader turns him over and starts punching again.

He fights back due to him bleeding.

"NIK THE BOMB" Alina yells.

"GO" he yells back.

"Your time to die" nik say to him but before he can slit his throat the leader aims his gun at me.

"Kill me and I take her with" he says with a smirk.

"Put your damn gun" nik spits.

I hear a loud boom , which means a bomb went off upstairs.

I look over at my love "N-Nik"

I start coughing up blood.

I see fire start forming down the stairs making it way towards me and I cry.

"NIK" I yell and turn to look at him seeing him thinking on what he should next.

But before I know it I hear a gun shot, I close my eyes thinking it was me.

But when I don't feel the bullet I open to see the leader running up the flaming stairs and I look over to see Nikolai looking at me with a small smile and tears coming down his face.

His hand covered in blood that's coming from his stomach and I start crying even more.

"No!" I yell.

"I-it's okay my love, we together now" he says.

"We where suppose to have a family and live a normal life" I cry and cough more blood.

"I know, I'm sorry" he says and coughs up blood as the place is falling apart.

"I love you Reina" he says.

"I-I love you too Nikolai" I say which makes him smile a bit and he closes his eyes.

I cry as I watch the love of my life fade away and burn.

I close my eyes letting the darkness consume me.

My mother was right on the two types of loves I could have before we left to Cali.

And I now know which one I have.
