Chapter 6: Alone Again

Eventually, Damien started to be distant and ignore her because she was apparently bothering him too much, which confused Melody more than anything since they were still in a relationship. She stopped trying to talk to him everyday, but would check in with him every few days. Damien ended up falling for another girl named Regina, knowing very well that he was still with Melody. A rumour was soon spread around school that Damien and Melody broke up, which of course upset Melody since she also had to shut it down. Damien however wasn't affected the slightest, he had fallen out of love with Melody and now had feelings for Regina. Regina has been the mean and popular girl since they entered 9th grade, unusual right? Not really, because Regina hung out with the older popular kids which made her become one as well. Ever since Damien showed up, her goal was to make him hers. Why? Because 1, she doesn't want someone taking her spotlight. And 2, Damien was fairly attractive and Regina wanted to have all the attractive boys wrapped around her pretty polished finger.
