When it comes to finding a flavor of ice cream that everyone in the house is going to love, the secret ingredient of Kool-Aid is going to come to the rescue! Because really...who doesn't like the sweetness of this favorite childhood drink?

Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold

1 – 14-ounce can sweeten condensed milk

1 packet mixed berry Kool-Aid

1 packet cherry Kool-Aid

Directions

Using a stand mixer, pour the heavy whipping cream into the bowl and whip the cream at medium-high speed until thickened and soft peaks begin to form.

Continue beating the heavy cream while adding the sweetened condensed milk in a steady stream. Beat just until stiff peaks begin to form, being careful not to over mix.

Separate the cream mixture evenly into two bowls. Add the cherry Kool-Aid mix to one bowl, and the mixed berry Kool-Aid mix to the other bowl. Fold the Kool-Aid Mix into the cream mixture until it's well combined.

Using a Spoon, add the Kool-Aid cream mixtures into a freezer-safe container, alternating between red and blue. After all the ice cream has been added to the container, use a knife to swirl the two colors together.

Place a lid on the container or cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for six to eight hours.

When you're ready to eat it, pull the ice cream out 5-10 minutes early to allow the container to sit at room temperature so it softens the ice cream, and makes it easier to scoop.
