Noel Fiore
Noel is a 10 year old orphan boy that never went to school and never had a family. He barely remembers the mother that the orphanage claimed to have dropped him off there. Because of his mistreatment at both the orphanage and by his 'families' he is quite shy yet hostile to the people around him. This, however, makes a slight change when he meets the De Vecchi brothers.
Arcangelo "Arcan" De Vecchi
A 34 year old mobster that has control over a fraction of Nevada businesses since the death of his father 10 years ago . He is known for many things. Being horrifying, mysterious, calculated... getting around. But infamously known for being incapable of having children. After an attempted murder that happened when he was 21 he can no longer conceive children with any woman. Devastating to him this was one of the many scars that followed him through life. That however had a switch up when he ended up meeting Noel, one crappy winter.
Callisto De Vecchi
The younger brother to Arcan and the Co-leader of the mob. Compared to his brother he is much softer. Well, by mob standards and seems to have a more strong connection to the people around him both friend and business wise. He also has a wife named Isa and a son named Fintley. Something his brother envy's of him. Arcan of course doesn't shame him as he loves his nephew but at times it does create a short tension.
Fintley De Vecchi
a 10 year old boy who is the son of Callisto. He and his father have a strange bond. They are close but he also knows that some of the things that he does is not normal and that Fintley doesn't really condone. He is not very social so his friend group is limited to the other mob children. Well, for now.
Damien Barinov
A Bulgarian Mafia boss that seems to have a sexual interest in Arcan. Despite Arcan hating this dude's guts he seems to not have a care in the world and would love to introduce him to his custom sheets that were made from the mothers of Bulgaria itself.
