4 years later.

Haseena punched a man on his face. Before he could grab the gun in his hand after falling on ground on his face, she grabbed her wooden baton and smacked it on his butts hardly. He groaned loudly in pain. Anubhav's eyes popped out as he heard her cursing them, one of the rarest chances but her mood swings had shown him all~ from the past two months.

A man was aiming at the couple from the building in front, but before he could touch the trigger with his finger Neil came and gripped his neck, twisting it to death.

"Aapko yaha aane ko kaha kisne tha devi ji". He said blowing a punch to a goon, grabbing his gun. He held her wrist and both hid behind the pillar. "Kya haina sir hum desk duty pe zarur hai but uss se pehle ek agent hai jo emergency situations se bhaagti nahi hai...humara baby humse zyada strong hai...aur uski Ammi, smart jo sare precautions rakhti hai", she spoke pointing to her belly covered with a bullet proof, cushion like protector.

"Ha bas baap hi nikama hai" he grumbled in irritation. Haseena took this too, emotionally. Whatever she was trying to do in her professional front was failing. Maybe it was wrong timing of their love's symbol.

"Suna lijye aap bhi, sab humme suna hi rahe hai...kisi ko humari...", her words died in her throat as Anubhav flipped their position, saving her from getting hit by a chair. His nails dug deeply on her chubby soft skin on her shoulder, to control his pain.
A tear drew along the curve of her cheek on his hand. A bullet shot was heard. The goon laid, squirming on the floor. Jen came as her cover, while he left giving an angry glare. As more cops made in, the emergency situation was undercontrol.

"Do mahine baad khuch sukoon milla hai", he spoke lovingly caressing her hairs. His hands wrapped tightly around her and fingers moulded with her belly.

"Bahout miss kiya humne aapko. Chahe saath me kaam kar rahe the lekin kabhi
woh loved, carefree feeling nahi ayi. Har baar bas ek dar tha khone ka", she whispered. Her soft lips brushed against his stubble on his neck.

Time passed by, but they still stood holding each other. As the moments passed in closeness their desires rose, in an uncontrollable way. Their bodies felt on fire, cheeks flustered, as they kissed each other insane, as if their was no tomorrow.

Their rishing hormones had no control. He pushed her on bed and climbed over her. In no time her hands tugged the end of his sleeveless t-shirt, taking it out. "Itni utejna uchit nahi hai aapke liye" His coarse, husky voice made her feel tingles running in her body. She intvined her legs behind him and pulled him closer. Anubhav lowered himself, breathing seductively near her neck. Whispering nasty things in her ears, he started kissing along the curve of the shoulder. She turned her face to one side providing him space to do wonders to her wanting body. His knuckles traced inside her top. Haseena knew that her night would go long as she saw their fingers getting interwined.

His thoughts were broken when the nurse patted his back, indicating his dressing was done. Though their every intimate moment held a special space in his heart. But that night led to one of the most amazing news of his life, him being the father of his first and last love Haseena, their love getting a symbol but maybe at a wrong time.

They hadn't planned for the new life's arrival. Though both of them have moved to desk jobs, but it's just for namesake in their field. They have been transfered from IB to Crime Branch.

"Sorry Anu...". Haseena ran and hugged him tightly. He hissed. "Apne baby jitne strong nahi hai hum...dard ho raha jaana". He laughed loosening her grip. "Bohot bure hai aap", she sniffed. Her eyes brimming. He pecked her red nose. It felt like he was handling his child before theirs.

"Ye kyu kiya? Sab dekh rahe hai", she mumbled, angry at his PDAs. "Ya Allah, kya kare hum apni biwi ka", he exclaimed. She squinted her eyes. Gently placing his palm over her belly he continued," dekho aapki mummy ko, daato toh problem, pyaar kare toh problem. Ab kya kare aapki Ammi ka bechara pati". He pretends to be sad, while Jen laughs at his play. "Ghar chaliye aapko toh batate hai". Stomping her foot she left taking the driving seat of the car as he was injured.

______________

"Ye painkillers reh gaye". She forwarded another tablet to him, with a glass of water.
"Abhi bhi naraz hai wifey" Haseena shook her head and rested her face on his shoulder. "Hona toh aapko chahiye tha hum par lekin ho hum rahe hai", she replied with a sad curve on her lips.

"Hum na pareshaan se hogaye hai Anu. Apne mood swings se, aapko pareshaani dene se, apni duty handle na kar paane se". She held her tummy trying to feel her baby with closed eyes. Maybe this would give her much needed strength. He too kept his hand on hers. She missed a motherly embrace during her 2 month pregnancy. Both of them were orphans.

"Humme toh aapke mood swings pyaare lagte hai Haseena...isliye ye pareshani wali faaltu ki baate sochna chod dijye". He kissed her cheek. Her stomach grumbled breaking the silence. He chuckled a bit seeing her cheeks color in embarrassement.

"Humme dry fruit thandai peene ka bahout man kar raha hai..." She licked her lips, imagining the taste. "Jo hukum madam", he bowed dramatically and left the room.

"Aaj jo situation thi, agar aage bhi kabhi aisi aayi, toh humari duty pe ek galti se humse humara sab khuch cheen legi", she thought looking at her mirror reflection. Anubhav returned with a tray and saw her lost. "Inka stress kam karna padega", he whispered to himself and walked in coughing to grab her attention. She quickly covered her stressed features and sat on the couch.

"Aapne kapde kyu nahi badle ab tak?"

"Woh abhi...woh hum dekh rahe the ki hum kitne mote hogaye, isliye bhul gaye". Giving a nervous laugh she tried to cover up with a lame reason. "Abhi kapde badal rahe hai, humare bina khana shuru mat karna". Saying so she took a loose t shirt of his, from the cupboard and changed into it. The hem of the t shirt covered her till mid thighs.
"You look cute" "you say it everytime I wear this", she blushed profusely due to her changing hormones. Embracing him in her arms, lightly, taking care of his wound, she placed a soft kiss on the corner of his lips.

"Toh janeman", he whispered in her ears. She took a sip of her glass and turned behind. "Janeman?🤨...ekdum cheesy hote jaa rahe hai" "saade chaar saal ki shaadi ke baad pati cheesy hi lagega", he replied frowning."dekhlo Baby, aapke baba ki halat aapke aane se phele hi kharab hai", he continued, keeping his hand over her belly.

"Ye har baat me baby- baby kya karte hai?", she replied in an angry voice. "Khuch bhi mat sikhaiye humare bache ko". Haseena looked away and continued sipping her thandai. He looked at her smiling.

"Humari baat toh puri ho jaaniye dijye...phir humse naraaz ho lena". He tied her open hairs into a messed up bun. "Farmaiye", she said in attitude, giving no glance to him. He pursed his lips controlling his laughter. "Hafte bhar baad aapka check- up hai toh us din aate aate baby ke liye khuch khareede?". "Lekin abhi toh humme 3rd month bhi khatam nahi hua hai.
Itni jaldi?"

"Humari bahout icha hai. Please", he requested with puppy dog eyes. "Lekin abhi se khareedenge kya?" "Khuch bhi...cradle khareed sakte hai, baby skin care, curtains, towel, ek set kapde....". His list continued while she was amazed at his research.

"Bas bhi kijye. Aage ke 7 mahino ke liye bhi khuch bachake rakhiye". She shushed him, placing his finger on his lips. "Aise hi baithe rahiye ab...kitna bolte hai tumhare baba dekho...zara baby" Finishing her food she lay back comfortably on the bed. While he plopped next to her.
