Aurora had smiled as she listened how Ethan was telling everyone a story while she was sipping up on her hot chocolate. She was grateful in times like these that she had friends who she could rely on. But she also felt the pressure of Logan's family resting heavily on her shoulders. Hearing the door, Aurora had stood up and went to open it.
"Noah, Emma what are you guys doing here?" Aurora asked as they came in.
"I invited them. You need some extra friends and they are your friends so," Olivia said as Aurora had smiled.
"Thank you guys. I really do appreciate it. I really do. But you guys don't need to change all your plans for me," Aurora said.
"We aren't, okay? Noah told me about what happened and I was like yes. We'll be here for you. Always. We never want you to be alone. Where is your boyfriend?" Emma asked.
"He eventually had to spend some time with his family. I tried but things got too much," Aurora said.
"Is his family bullying you?" Ethan asked as Aurora shook her head.
"But socializing and sinus does not go well together. Ask Noah," Aurora said.
"Are you struggling with it as well?" Noah asked as Aurora had nodded.
"I am. Hold on a second. I need to make a quick call," Aurora said as she went out of the apartment.
She had gone up to the roof of her apartment while it seemed clear that she would have quiet as she quickly dialed a number.
"Aurora, hi. I thought you had a family thing with Logan," Daniel said.
"He has a family thing. Not me. Um... The reason I'm calling you, Daniel..."
"Is about Caden. Mason Stewart also called me and told me to tell him to back off. Is everything okay?" Daniel asked.
"Caden is too pushy. And he's going to cause me to do something extreme if he keeps this up. I have enough troubles with Logan's family. I really don't need Caden to complicate my life," Aurora said.
"Okay. I'll talk with him. Why does it sound like you are having a cold attack?" Daniel asked.
"Sinus attack. I'm about to take medicine for it. Talk to Caden. Please," Aurora said as she ended the message.
She had exhaled as she felt how someone threw something soft around her shoulders. Looking behind her she saw Noah and Emma. She smiled as Noah handed her a glass of water with medication that she assumed was for her sinus.
"It will help open up your nose. Shouldn't you rather go inside? It's a lot warmer inside than out here," Noah said.
"I just had to make a phone call. That's all," Aurora said as she went back inside the apartment.
Going inside she had suddenly saw a lot more people than she thought was there. She saw people from engineering and from Human resources. People from business and then Gabriella.
"How can there even be so many people here?" Aurora asked.
"We're all here for you. It's a difficult time you're going through but we're here for you," Gabriella said.
"Thank you, guys, but I need to deal with this on my own. Olivia, Ethan get all these people something to drink," Aurora said.

Logan had looked at his brother and sister, who were both drunk, despite the fact that Wyatt was still underaged. He shook his head as he saw how Layla threw her head outside and he stood up.
"Yeah, Mom? What's up?" Logan asked.
"Where is your girlfriend? Or has she decided to just take off?" Layla asked as Logan looked at he woman.
"If your daughter would behave, there wouldn't be a problem. Nothing is wrong with Aurora and I sure as hell wish everyone would stop fucking saying that there is," Logan said.
"Logan Flynn Goldman, stop swearing. I didn't say there was anything wrong with the girl. But why did she leave?" Layla asked.
"Because she wasn't feeling well and Samantha tried to force alcohol down her throat. And when that didn't work, Wyatt, who is 15 years old, downed it. Do you still not have any control over them? Because then I'm definitely not bringing Aurora again," Logan said.
"Samantha is going through a breakup and Wyatt... He's just a kid," Layla said.
"Layla, I appreciate everything you did when you adopted me. But I'm not going to allow those two to screw all of this up. Which is why I'm leaving as well," Logan said as he went out of the door.
He went into his car as he grabbed his phone and quickly dialed a number. As the number went through to voicemail, he knew that Aurora must be asleep or that something else had happened. But he knew she was safe. He had looked at the picture in his car of him and Aurora, but suddenly he heard his phone ringing and smiled at the name.
"Hey, Babe. Feeling better?" Logan asked.
"Yeah, I'm feeling a bit better. Took my medication and now I'm doing a bit better. Are you still at your mother's?" Aurora asked as she got into bed.
"I'm on the driveway actually. And that woman isn't my mother. She's just a woman who took me in and gave me a home. I'm so sorry about what happened today, Aurora. I'm... I can't even begin with how bad I feel. Samantha and Wyatt were absolutely fucking idiots," Logan said.
"Logan, I understand. Really I do. Sometimes I'm not going to get along with your family and that's fine. It's okay," Aurora said.
"You're an important part of my life, Aurora. You always will be. Always. I never want you to forget that," Logan said.
"I won't, Logan. I won't ever forget it. But our lives are so different. And I don't know how we thought that we would work," Aurora said.
"We thought we would work because we love each other," Logan said.
"What if that isn't enough? Logan, we are so different. Not just parent wise. In every other aspect we are different. And maybe we just didn't consider that when we had started all of this. We should now," Aurora said.
"So you want to break up?" Logan asked.
"No. But I do think we should go on a break. We need to figure out what is happening. And maybe then we can decide what we are. I'm sorry," Aurora said ending the call as tears flew over her face.
Throwing his phone down on the seat, Logan felt like he had let not just Aurora down, but also like he had let himself down, hitting the steering wheel and throwing curses. He didn't know if he nor Aurora would survive all of that.
