Kei's POV

I walked to the place we supposed to meet. He stood there with a flower in his hand, smiling charmingly. I couldn't believe I went out with a classmate after graduating high school...a long time afterwards.

After the seventh grade, Luhan was moved to another school, but by coincidence, we found each other again. I was never interested in someone from school until today. We met by chance in a social network and started chatting regularly for a whole summer and then he disappeared for approximately two months. I was concerned what happened or if I offended him somehow but I had no other connection and soon my 1st year in the university begun.

Truth turned out to be that one night he went out with his friends to celebrate but the b-day boy got drunk and hit on a random girl whose boyfirned happened to be there and started a fight. The security threw both companies out of the bar, Luhan tried to defend his friend and to calm the girl's boyfriend down but the bastard took out a knife from his pocket and stabbed Luhan in the abdomen on the left side under  the ribs and ran away with his b*tch. The ambulance arrived for about 20 minutes and brought Luhan in the hospital for surgery. The doctors removed his spleen and he had to recover for a long time. That's why he disappeared so suddenly from the sns.

He was better now but lost weight and his confidence. He gave me the flower and I smiled because of his gesture, he sure was a gentleman. We sat in a near cafe and talked for few hours, in the end he confessed he was afraid to ask me out because I would reject him. The fact was that I already liked him and didn't care how he looked. It mattered only his personality and that he was a man who literally risked his life for those he loved.

We were together since 5 months then and I was the happiest woman in the world. He usually waited for me infront of the university after our classes and drove me home or we both walked through the central park after that. Meanwhile, Luhan started to exercise regularly to regain his shape. It took me a long time to convince him that he looked great in my eyes and is the sweetest and the most caring guy I've ever met.

I can still recall how he made me stand up from my seat and made me sit on his lap, kissing me hungrily while we were watching a horror movie in his room. Few moments after that he threw me on his bed for a second make out session as things became hotter. I didn't stop to repeat how amazing he was, how he made me feel special and how much I liked him even with scars on his abs.

His parents were awesome and broadminded, they liked me a lot and were always happy to see me and his mom even offered me to spend the night there whenever I wanted.  Luhan's father couldn't keep his mouth shut by saying embarassing stuff as „You, my dear, are very beautiful for our son." „If I was younger, I'd steal you from him." Or averting his attention to Luhan, saying „Where did you find this rare treasure, you rascal?"
