Today is the day. It's August 5, 2018. I've convinced my dad to drive me all the way south to Phoenix, Arizona to see Sam and Colby on tour. Their show is taking place at Rick Bronson's - House of Comedy. I see this show as an early birthday present from my dad. Once arriving at the venue, my dad finds a close parking spot, then we wait in the super long line to enter the venue. When I finally get to the front of the line, the employee scans my general admission tickets, then we're allowed to enter the venue. I'm super excited for this show. From watching their YouTube videos, Sam and Colby seem like really funny guys. I don't know what to expect from this show, but I know it's going to be an awesome comedy show.

Our seats are around the middle of the auditorium. We have a pretty decent view from this spot. My dad had brought concert grade earplugs to protect his ears. I, on the other hand, don't care for my ears. I'll probably go deaf from this show. It takes around 30 minutes before Sam and Colby come out on stage. When I see Colby in the stage lights, he's one of the most gorgeous man I've ever seen. His dimples are so cute, and his blue eyes let me know where home is. Their comedy show includes everything from; sketches, dance covers, and Q&A session. I was one of the people chosen to ask Sam and Colby a question.
"Hi, guys. Oh, sorry I'm really nervous." I began, my voice shaky.
"Don't be nervous. We're just normal dudes. What's your question?" Sam asked.
"What has been your favorite abandoned place you explored?" I asked.
"Oh, that's a good one." Sam said.
"Yeah, there's been so many." Colby said.
"I'd say mine has to be when we explored that abandoned news station in Australia." Sam said.
"Ah, that was a good one, yeah. I'd say mine has to be the indoor stadium in Houston, Texas." Colby said.
"Thanks, guys. That was all." I said.
"Okay, thank you. You're really sweet." Colby said.
"Aww, thanks." I said. I can feel my face blushing.

When the show is over, there is a meet and greet. All people who bought tickets automatically get a meet and greet package along with it. My dad and I stand in line and wait to meet Sam and Colby. My dad is my chaperone to this whole ordeal. Anyway, when it comes to my turn to meet Sam and Colby, my face is all red from blushing, and my hands are shaking and sweaty. I take a deep breath, trying to calm down, then I approach Sam and Colby.
"Oh my gosh, hi guys. I'm a huge fan. I only found your channel this year, and I knew I had to go see you on tour." I said.
"Wow, nice to meet you. What's your name?" Sam asked.
"My name is Raeshel." I said.
"Rachel? Was it?" Sam asked.
"No, Raeshel. R-A-E-S-H-E-L." I said, spelling my name.
"You have a pretty name." Colby said.
"Thank you. Wow, you're so handsome, Colby." I said.
"Thank you. Damn, you're gonna make me blush." Colby said.

When I finish meeting Sam and Colby, I ask for their signatures and take a couple millions photos with them on my phone. My dad takes photos of me posing with Sam and Colby. Then, I take this last opportunity to admit my feelings to Colby.
"Hey, Colby. Can I tell you one last thing?" I asked.
"Yeah, of course." Colby said.
"I have a huge crush on you." I said.
"Oh, umm. . . Come here." Colby said, pulling me away from Sam and behind curtains.
"Where are you taking me?" I asked.
"Just here, where we can't be seen by anyone. Listen, I don't even know how old you are. How old are you?" Colby asked.
"I'll be turning 15 in November. I'm 14 right now." I said.
"Listen, I'm 20 years old. I cannot legally date you. No matter how cute I think you are, it's just not legal. I'm not about to get arrested for dating a minor. Hit me up when you're 18, okay? Here's my number." Colby said, quickly writing down his personal phone number on a sticky note, then handing it to me.
"Okay. I'll mostly likely text you in 4 years." I said.
"I'll be looking forward to it." Colby said, with a cheeky lil wink.

I fold the sticky note and put it in my pocket. Colby and I walk out together. I join my dad and we leave the venue. I get in the car and my dad gets in the driver's seat.
"What do you think of Sam and Colby?" I asked.
"They're just a couple of kids. They're funny." Dad said.
"I think they're a couple of attractive friends." I said.
"You think that Colby guy is your boyfriend, huh." Dad said, teasing me.
"Colby is a cute guy, but he's too old for me. He's 20." I said.
"Yeah, I wouldn't recommend dating that guy." Dad said.
"Yeah, not for another 4 years at least." I said.
"Uh huh." Dad said.

Once arriving back home, I plop down on my bed, smiling from ear to ear. It's late since Phoenix is an 11 hour and 17-minute drive from where I live in Northern Nevada. But anyway, I couldn't stop scrolling through all the cute selfies I took with Sam and Colby. Colby's dimples are truly my favorite. I've always liked guys with dimples. I think they look really cute. I've also had a crush on my classmate who is on the dance team. I just don't have the guts to admit my feelings like I did with Colby. For some reason, I was more confident in telling Colby my feelings towards him than my current crush. Who knows, maybe some day I'll find the courage to tell my crush I like him.
