The following day, Colby and I were on a flight from Salt Lake City to Seattle, Washington. We are going to the 5 Seconds of Summer concert at the WaMu Theater. I had to call off to work because of this concert. Kind of like how I had to call off because I was going to an Eric Nam concert, way back in February. Well, anyway once arriving in Seattle, Colby and I first go to our hotel. The concert isn't until 7PM, and we arrived at 3PM. We'll head to the venue around 5 or 6PM. We decide to grab lunch at Skillet Capitol Hill. It's an American burger joint I heard sells really delicious food.

Colby and I take our seats in the restaurant. Then, we skim the menu.
"You know, it hasn't hit me that you're actually my boyfriend. You're my 3rd boyfriend after my ex dumped me at graduation." I said.
"Well, I'm glad to be the 3rd in your whole life, and I hope I make it worth it." Colby said.
"Oh, I know you will." I said.
After skimming through the menu, I decide to order a 1/3lb cheeseburger with the condiments on the side. I really need to start eating healthier, damn.

After we finish eating, it's around 4PM. We decide to head to the venue early in case there was traffic going to the venue. We were right because going to venue, there was so much traffic. Colby rented out a car for us to drive around while we're in Seattle. Once arriving to the venue, we sit in the car until 5PM, then jump in line to enter the venue. When we finally got to the front of the line, our tickets are scanned and we can enter the venue. We follow the crowd to the auditorium and make our way to the front row tickets 5SOS so kindly gifted us. Colby and I sit down until the concert begins at 7PM.

2 grueling hours later, the concert finally begins. The first song that 5SOS performs is No Shame. This song live just hits differently. I love the studio version of this song, but hearing it live is a whole another vibe. Colby and I sing along. It's unbelievable because we are so close to the stage, I could practically high five Luke from here. When they finish No Shame, they roll right into the next song: Easier. Damn, I love this song so much. This is my second concert ever in my life. My first concert was Eric Nam, and that was a night I'd never forget. Now, seeing 5SOS in concert with my new boyfriend is yet another night I'll never forget.

When the concert ends around 2 hours later, our ticket includes the meet and greet package, so Colby and I head to the room where the meet and greet is taking place. We line up behind the many other people with the VIP ticket meet and greet package. Once it's finally our turn, Colby and I pose for photos with 5SOS. Wow, all these guys make me feel real short right now. I'm 5'2, Colby is 5'11, Luke is 6'2, Michael is 6'1, Calum is 6'1, and Ashton is 6'0. I'm literally the shortest among them. All these guys are such giants. Once we finish taking photos with 5SOS, we take some selfies, then be on our way back to our hotel.

That night will be a night I'll never forget. I got to see my favorite band live in concert. That's something I'll always remember. That same night, Colby and I head to the airport and fly back to Los Angeles. They now live in a disclosed address in Las Vegas, so that will be kept private. Like Colby said, I could always transfer to UNLV, but when I'm firm in my decision, I stick to it. Most of the time. Maybe this time around, it'll be different. Maybe I'll move down to Vegas. I do have family there and could save on housing, but I want to be on my own for once. While I relied on my family for the past 18 years, I want to be my own independent woman. Colby appreciates my drive and passion for my loves.

Then, we fly from LA to Las Vegas. I can't wait to see my cousin again. Her name will not be written. Any-who, I stay at my aunt's house, and Colby goes to his house. It's getting super close to college, but I've also got the whole summer to get ready. I love getting all those reminder emails from my school. I'm super excited to be starting college soon. Even though it's only June, I have orientation at UNR on June 16th through the 17th. My older brother will be going on the orientation with me. During orientation, I'll be taking a tour of the campus. Then, after orientation, I'll have a meeting with my academic adviser to change my schedule. I'm planning on dropping my Japanese class because I don't need that class for my first year. I'm already self-studying Korean, I don't need to learn another language right now.

That following week, on June 16th, I take a flight from Las Vegas to Reno. Once arriving in Reno, my parents and older brother are waiting at UNR so we can begin orientation. When I arrive to UNR, I meet up with my parents and my older brother at the UNR Welcome Center. Meanwhile, Colby will be staying in Vegas for work. My brother and I will be going on this orientation together. We are welcomed by UNR graduate student Chloe Kang. She is a Korean-American who is majoring in International Studies with a minor in Japanese Studies. Chloe is literally so pretty. I can't believe it. Chloe is 28 years old and will be graduating college next year. She will be taking us on our orientation today. I'm so excited to be going on orientation today.
