Realisations Part 11

Baxter Stockman had successfully hacked into Donnie's phone and found the tracking app, he knew exactly where Michelangelo now was, the good news for the turtle was he was a long way from Shredder and Tiger Claw as it stood. 

Baxter wasted no time in contacting Bradford who in turn passed the information to his master, Shredder decided to send Tiger Claw to 'collect' Michelangelo. 

Shredder had two missions going on simultaneously, he wanted Karai brought to him in Japan and had already captured her, Bradford doing the honours, she was being held in Baxter's laboratory in a bullet proof glass chamber, he had used knockout gas to keep her asleep and stop her ranting how 'he won't get away with this' she was far from co-operative. 

Baxter was busy building a portal to send her to Shredder, and Michelangelo was merely a way to distract the turtles and Splinter from his real objective, Karai. It was a situation that fell into Shredder's lap and one he felt he could take advantage of, for once his henchmen proved useful and the turtles has been careless to let the information slip out to their enemy's eaves dropping ears. 

Michelangelo could be used as a bargaining chip to get Splinter Shredder believed and wanted the turtle in his possession so had sent Tiger Claw to get him, he was sure he could handle one turtle and old man Kato who was guarding him a ninja master or not. 

Back in the lair

Splinter had nursed Donatello back to health he was bruised and had a bit of a concussion and had been groggy but was now feeling better at least physically, but his condition meant he hadn't noticed his phone had been taken he had been sedated for a few days, not with drugs but Splinter had ways of putting him out using healing manta techniques and by applying pressure points to aid his recovery and the rest of the family hadn't even given Donnie's phone a second thought as they recovered and regrouped and reeled from the news Shredder was in Japan and knew Mikey was there also. 

But Donnie had now noticed his T-phone was gone when he tried to find it to put it on charge but assumed he had lost it by accident and it was surely in the lair somewhere, he had pulled the sofa cushions off, tipped it over and searched every corner of the pit, the whole lair and was now angsty & frustrated, he was becoming annoyed but having searched everywhere he could think of he was now convinced it wasn't in the lair. 

"Leo could you and Raph have dropped it when you carried me home" Donnie asked him, 

"I suppose it's possible but it's more likely that it fell out of your shell when you were thrown into the building by Baxter" Leo replied wincing as the words came out of his mouth feeling bad what happened. Leo viewed it as his job to protect his brothers and in his mind he had failed at this his brother was hurt. 

Donnie fortunately didn't remember that due to being knocked out as it happened, 

"Oh this is bad we gotta go back and see if it's there" Donnie said, desperately.

"Why? You got a spare ain't you?" was Raph's reply not understanding as Donnie did the seriousness of the situation. 

"I have but this is not about me not having a phone, more the concern that what would happen if Shredder's cronies have it" Donnie began to explain, 

"What why?" Leo asked, 

"Remember I downloaded the tracker I made onto the phone so I could follow Mikey's whereabouts, we know already Baxter can hack phones he nearly did it with April's that time.... are you connecting the dots now Leo!" Donnie snapped, 

"Not your best idea was that Donnie!" Leo replied in irritation, he really hoped Shredder's Hench-mutants didn't have it.

"Thank you professor Einstein, I am fully aware of that!" Donnie snapped once more,
