"So what does it mean?" Max asked as he shifted slightly beside Daniella to face her, his hand gently started stroking her arm, and their legs tangled.

After a quiet and peaceful dinner in Daniella's hotel room, they decided to cuddle for a bit while Daniella explained her conversation with Toto earlier in details

"It means we have to be more secretive," She replied. "Toto is already starting to notice that something is going on between us. When he asked I lied to him of course but..."

"If anyone else finds out we will have some real problems," Max finished the sentence.

Daniella slightly nodded as she moved closer to him and rested her head on his chest.

"He even warned me about dating any other driver and said he is going to keep an eye on you and me," She explained further. "You can thank Christian for that."

"Just when we thought things were working out for us..." Max huffed.

They talked for a while, holding each other in their arms. Max was supposed to go back to his room but both were tired and dozed off.

The next morning Daniella woke up to find Max already gone. She still had some time in her hand so instead of getting up she just cuddled the pillow Max was sleeping on and scrolled through her phone. She let out a laugh when she saw that the video of Alex dying her hair red was getting a lot of attention, both from fans and fellow drivers.

After a while, she got up and started getting ready for the day. She only prayed and hoped that the qualifying session would go well for her and the team.

"You look worse than yesterday," Daniella said to Lando when she ran into him and his girlfriend right after she entered the paddock.

"That's because I feel worse," Lando replied. The symptoms were getting worse and he had a feeling that it would not get better before the race.

"I think you will feel better once you get proper rest and care," Luisa politely said as she rubbed his back to make him feel better.

"Yeah, but that is only possible after the race tomorrow," Lando sighed.

"Don't push yourself too hard, okay,?" Daniella gave him a soft smile.

"But I...Carlos, hey," He looked at the Ferrari driver approaching them.

"How are you feeling today?" Carlos asked his former teammate but quickly stole a glance at Daniella.

"Like I am in hell," Lando replied.

Carlos quickly redirected his attention to Daniella.

"And you are looking very beautiful today," He boldly complimented her.

Daniella was a bit taken aback and looked at the Ferrari driver.

"Ummm..."

"Thanks, the hay fever is doing wonders for me," Lando replied thinking Carlos was talking to him.

"I think he said to Daniella," Luisa whispered into his ears which made Lando look a bit disappointed.

"Thanks.." Daniella shyly replied. "I have to go," She said and quickly got herself away from the situation.

Carlos chuckled as he watched her walk away in a hurry.

"I think you should stop flirting with her," Lando said to his friend.

"Why?" Carlos asked, his eyes still on Daniella. "I like her very much and..."

"I just think you are not the one for her," Lando said before letting out a sneeze. "Or at least the time is not right."
