Spring was about to end and the time of waiting was over. Tomorrow Felix was starting his training. Usually, training takes place on a different venue (kind of like a military training camp but for hybrids), but since Lee Know and Hyunjin can't afford to leave Changbin's side, Felix would have to make do with training in the woods. It wasn't bad at all. The Seos had acres upon acres of land. The mansion was just a spot in a map of the Seo estate. Which means Felix has enough space to run, spar, climb, and train in different forms of combat.
Felix does not feel as anxious as before; he knew that his hyungs will take care of him.
"I'm not going to go easy on you though cute boy." Hyunjin warned. Felix never thought a sentence could both have a threat, and a compliment at the same time.
Changbin on the other hand, decided to throw a party to celebrate the end of spring, and the start of summer. This would also be the last time they'd be gathered together in a long time. Everyone would be too busy come Felix's training season. Everyone of the hybrids would take turns training him in between their shifts around the estate. Which means it would be double time for everyone. Felix was in a special program made by Hyunjin with the help of Lee Know. The chicken-cat hybrid has never received formal training before (which was Hyunjin's primary worry—he couldn't force the boy to be subjected to too much of what he can take; because being injured severely would just prolong the process). However, years of training would have to be crammed in a short period of time. It was a long shot, but Changbin specifically asked Hyunjin to do this for him; even with the the red haired's slight protests.
But how could Hyunjin refuse?
Felix would have to be some sort of godto be able to cram everything in; Hyunjin worried. But Changbin believed it was possible with Hyunjin and Lee Know's guidance. There was no way Changbin would take no for an answer. Anyhow, Changbin would also be busy for the next few months as he also had other businesses to attend to.
Felix's schedule would be packed. Physical exercises and endurance activities in the morning, and studying about weapons and politics at night. If Felix wanted to be an effective bodyguard, he'd have to know the ropes around the city and about the "people that matter" Lee Know explained. "You even have to know what they look like, who they are dating, who they are associating themselves with." The blonde hair was riddled with excitement but also thought that was a lot of info to take in.

The maids were tasked to bring out the long picnic tables out on the garden and set up the lanterns on the surrounding trees. They set it up in a way that the lanterns even hang on top of their heads in the dining area. The yellow glow of the lights would look beautiful at night.
It was just going to be a simple dinner with Changbin and the Phoenix Wings, Dr. Chan, and Han were also invited. Changbin had to suppress a chuckle whenever he mentioned Lee Know in front of Han though.
"Those two are so painfully obvious aren't they?" Bang Chan said over the phone as he got the invitation.
"Han gets overly excited with the mention of Lee Know."
Changbin had to laugh along.
"Yeah. Let them be. Let's see how it goes in the long run."
As the sun began to set, the table was filled with all sorts of food. Roasted turkey, different viands of fish, beef, pork, different sides of mashed potatoes and salads, freshly baked buttery rolls (Felix helped bake them), different sorts of fruits and bread with icings, cookies of all shapes and sizes (these were bought from popular bakeries around the city so Felix was excited to try them later) were all on splayed out on the table.
