Part 5: Why, Wow, and What.

Opening my eyes there was no one standing over me. Actually, there was no one at all getting up I felt dizzy but not sick to the stomach no that came when I saw skylor knocked out, dying.

Everything raced...my heart, my head...my hands.

I want to hold her but couldn't move her,

I want to say stay,

I wanted to kiss her,

I wanted to love her,

I wanted to marry her,

I wanted to wake up to her,

I wanted her.

But all I did was stay there as water filled my eyes and cried onto her.

Pushing me out of the way they moved her body into the stream, I was confused because the least they could do was let me greave with the body and say goodbye, But Harumi wouldn't let me. Harumi got into the still river with the body and using her powers moved the water up and down her body my thought was 'is it a ceremony?' but what someone forgot to tell me was that she wasn't dead. So yeah... when her eyes popped open it freaked me out so much I peed a little and when she got up and started walking around I think I had a heart attack because jay and cole had to pick me up and drag me along.

Being so close to death and coming back by magic water is existing so when we reached the destiny beauty I headed straight for bed but my dreams were occupied...the ghost of my mother reappeared "child, why haven't you spoken about your mother's death?" her eyes were the same but the way she addressed me, I knew she wasn't my mother living ghost "I just need someone I can trust" we were atop a tree or maybe a flower that smells like the perfume she had once worn, I looked at her and she looked at me. How badly I wanted to hug her and talk for hours about my day or my boy problems but she was a cold ghost and that is why she left before the question of "And you can't trust nya?" answered I will never know but the question stayed and haunted me.

"We are going to have to land soon the wealth in Ninjago is bad and we can only make it to the outskirts" Vania's announced over the speakers, as I made my way down the hall. The rooms in destiny beauty could fit queen-size beds and most of them had it so I was surprised when I found skylor up from her nap and in a chair "what happened?" it was a simple enough question which she lied by saying "I just blacked out" "okay" her lungs took a deep breath that made it hard to watch her but I looked right into her eyes when she said "do you remember when we were talking about the yin and yang promises that morning I made pancakes?

well um, there is more to the story.

My mom and dad didn't love each other but they were everything they wanted in a partner so they got married and my village took the yin and yang promises very series so there was no divorce or re-marring. my mom was very faithful but my dad was psychologically manipulative and cheated and always... somehow always blamed it all on my mom... for everything he did and she believed him. Everyone could see it and no one did a thing or could do something. One day my mom got her head screwed on straight and she took my hand and we ran..." her eyes started to water" never stopping... until we got to the dock my mom said that we were going to Ninjago." She laugh sadly looking at a picture that was out of place in her room

"I remember that night perfectly, it was cold... there was a wetness in the air like you were sucking in water... as boarding the ship is when we caught sight of him......... my mom tried to disappear but it was too late... the next moment I could breathe calmly was when I was placed in a room to go to sleep... but they were fighting in the next room I could hear my mom scream each time he hit her until I couldn't hear her anymore.

He blamed it on the baby she was pregnant with... that she had died while they had been asleep. But I knew because I had been the child that had sat there listening to my father kill my mother and my unborn sibling."

My mind was at a point-blank she had lauded it all on me and the only thing I had come to get a hold of is how she didn't die "aren't you going to say something?" "you lied..." "excuse me?" "you didn't just black out" "wow, I just told you that I heard my mother being killed by my father and you want to talk about how I blacked out...!? Okay, you want to know! Well, when your powers came into my body my power started to absorb it. then it started overheating my brain kill so guess what! Kai, you could've killed me" "wohh I was just preceding what you told and what do you mean I could have killed you? it was my powers, not me" "not you okay you have been slowly killing me over the years" "slowly killing? How" "by being a coward, kay... you have interest in me then you go off don't talk to me until you have a problem with your father say we should have dinner go and try and get your self killed again, okay..." "I WAS SAVING NINJAGO" "I don't care you know why because for the last 5 years I have had to put up with your selfish, impulsive temper not to mention your irritating attitude about your HAIR" "my HAIR takes a lot of work unlike yours that you keep in a braid" "yeah, well at least I don't take 15 minutes on mine" she started getting down the hall "it not 15 minutes more like 9" up the stairs "that not better" I fallowed her "you know what I should have never sought interest in you if you're going to be mean about my hair" grabbing her stuff "GOOD" walking through the cockpit "so your saying you never liked me?" "YES...am I all healed?" her voice calmed when speaking to Harumi who nodded yes but she wasn't done because she turned and yelled "I wish we have never have met because now I wish I was dead like MY MOTHER" and she was gone her elemental dragon flying away, leaving me to explain what had just happened.
