Part 4: remembering

(Vaina)

Listening to the city fall apart was something else; it was like listening to styrofoam but on a much larger scale. They had to get here soon, The waves of shock shook the destiny beauty "where the hell are they?" skylor was panicking, she never panicked; this was bad "I don't see them" "look there" bless Harumi for her eyes. They were running Jay intact, but looking out of breath... the city crumbling behind them as they ran. If this was a film for a movie I would say that they captured it perfectly but no this was the real world and they need to make it.

(Nya)

We didn't make it.

Nope, instead, we plunged to our death; for some reason, the whole thing seemed familiar to me. The way Jay was looking hopeless and how I knew what to do, We needed to clasp our hands and make an elemental dragon.

A sean played in my mind, one that was lost to me once.

Nadakhan the Djinn, our future in the Ice, the fact that he is Cliff Gordon's son; all of it...that's what I'm missing.

(Jay)

Deja vu...

I would have laughed but the impending fall of death freaked me out. Nya seemed to be fine, she was thinking hard and had a glassy look in her eyes. Like instinct, we clasped hands but neither of us was strong enough to conjure our dragon if I had to, I would want it to be with nya the love of my life but I felt the hard grasp of vine around my waist a jerk of slowing down that was sure be sore next day...so that feeling about how we wouldn't die here, was right.

I was still focused on the memory reload, while we were pulled aboard the destiny's beauty but all I could answer to sky when she asked if I was alright was "Cliff Gordon" confusion was all I hear in pixels mind but in the rear of my Peripheral Vision could see a smile on Jay's face for both of us knew my memory of the only thing both of us remembered had returned, but what jay didn't know was that I had no memory of him, before our meeting at the safe house.
