Chapter 1

JISOO POV

" Lisa-yah, get up from my back! " I groaned while Lisa kept clinging on me.

" But this is a sleepover unnie!" Lisa said.

"Right, we're here to have fun and not to sleep" Rosie agreed while she too clinged on me. Jennie started laughing on me. This little beach.

Just as they were trying to wake me up, we heard a knock on the door. I quickly got up from Jennie's bed and sat on a abandoned chair.

Jennie opened the door and her mom came in with 3 cakes that I suppose she made herself. None for me, I guess.

" Mom, you seriously brought only THREE cakes?" Jennie yelled over her mom.

We all totally knew what her mom meant by that. Through the corner of my eye I saw Lisa and Rosie exchanging sad glances.

" Chill baby, I made these for you princesses. You, Lisa and Rosie" Her mom said.

" WHAT ABOUT JISOO UNNIE? " Jennie burned in anger.

" Oh baby, as I said I made these cakes for you princesses! We'll see about Jisoo, I've told the cook to make some cookies for the company workers, Jisoo could get some" she said, as evil as ever.

My eyes got all teary. I couldn't take it any longer. Why is my life soo fucked up? Why do they act like this only with me??

I took my bag and ran out of the room. I couldn't see much through my blurry vision, but I still ran not caring about anything.

I heard Lisa, Jennie and Rosie yell my name after me, but all I did was to run away.

I sat down at the edge of the sea, remembering all the things I didn't want to.

Flashback

" Why are you crying Irene?" I asked her while wiping her tears.

" Mommy said that they will send you to an orphanage" Irene said and started crying again. My whole world collapsed when I heard that.

" Oh, then I- I have to go" I said, smiling sadly.

" N-No! I'll not let you go" Irene said, hugging me tightly, making sure I was with her.
A small tear slipped from my eye. I quickly wiped it.

I could hear Miss Sandara and Dad fighting in their room.

" What would you get by keeping that little bitch in this house? We'll have karina soon, I don't want to be her with Jisoo like Irene does" Miss Sandara said frustrated.

" See, even if I want to throw her out of the house, what would we tell the media? We already told them that Jisoo is our adopted daughter, and now if we send her to an orphanage, wouldn't the media make a big scandal out of it? See, I don't want to ruin our image, you want Irene to debut in Future 2ne1, right? Then we must be good people in the eyes of Neitzens, so they don't sign a petition for Jisoo to debut instead, as they plan to do so for now." Dad explained her, " Baby, we'll just treat her as a maid, no worries! Let's not make a fuss about it."

Miss Sandara couldn't do anything but agree unwillingly.

End of flashback

I was 4 at that time. My little heart couldn't take so much hate from my own family. That day I cried all night, just as I'm now, at the same place...
