Chapter 2

JENNIE'S POV

" Jisoo unnie? Where are you! " Rosie shouted at the top of her lungs. Still no response.

" Where are you going Lisa?!" I called out to her.

" To find Jisoo unnie" She said and went away.

We followed Jisoo unnie all the way to this forest like place but then she just disappeared. It's been 30 minutes we're searching for her, but she's nowhere to be found.

We're surrounded by trees from all 4 sides. Man, that's scary.

It was already dark and we couldn't see anything, fortunately we had our phones with us.

" Unnie, Lisa's gone for much time, she's still not back" Rosie worriedly said to me.

" It's okay, Lisa is strong enough if anything happens, she isn't scared of anything" I assured her but deep inside even I was scared. What if something happens to my Lili-

" Hey! I found Jisoo unnie" Lisa came to us running and panting.

" Where?!" Rosie asked instantly.

Lisa led us through the dense trees in the dark. We could hear many voices from deep inside the forest. Damn I never knew this type of place existed near my hometown. We finally ended up to a seashore.

" Wow, it looks beautiful" Rosie said looking at the beautiful sea. " Look, unnie's there! " Rosie pointed towards Jisoo unnie.

Jisoo unnie was sitting there, all alone. Seeing that broke my heart into a million pieces.

She's been through so much from a very small age, since her mom passed away.

Unnie's mom was the first wife of uncle Seunghyun, but she died just two days after Jisoo's birth. That's when uncle Seunghyun married Aunt Sandara. But no one ever told us who was Jisoo unnie's real mom. Even unnie herself doesn't know who's her mom. They told the world that Jisoo was their adopted daughter but it's of course false, she's Aunt Sandara's step daughter. That's why she, Aunt Minzy, Aunt Bom and my own mom hate Jisoo unnie so much.

Aunt Sandara wants her daughter Irene to debut with us in future 2ne1, but korean neitzens signed a petition for Jisoo unnie to debut instead. And that doesn't help Aunt Sandara to develop a positive attitude towards Jisoo unnie.

Whenever they have a get-together at our house, I always hear them talking bad things about Jisoo unnie. That makes my blood boil to the highest level possible, but sadly, I can't do anything about it.

I can't stop the mistreatment unnie faces everyday, I'm so useless.

I was in my own deep thoughts that I didn't realize Rosie and Lisa were already running towards Jisoo unnie.

" Hey you bitches! How dare you leave me here! " I yelled as I ran to catch up with them.

Even after all this yelling and running we were causing, unnie didn't notice us. I sighed. She was probably thinking about the bad things they did to her.

We all back hugged Jisoo unnie when we reached her. At first she was surprised, but then asked us like a typical unnie, " What are you all doing here?! Do you even know what time it is?? This isn't safe for you all to be alone at this time! (Unnie, we all were together. You were alone🗿) Besides it's dark, you could get LOST or you could even fell over something and hurt yourself..."

Lisa signalled me and Rosie to do 'that'.

" ....IMAGINE IF SOMEONE KIDNAPPED YOU CAN YOU EVEN IMAGINE WHAT THEY COULD DO TO YO- hey that's not fair!" Jisoo unnie complained as we all laid on top of her so she couldn't scold us.

" Our beloved unnie, everything is fair in love and war" Rosie giggled.

" Yah, let me go!" Unnie made her cute puppy face and we fell for her.

" Promise you won't scold us or bash us afterwards" Lisa said.

" I promise"

" Unnie! Didn't you promise you won't bash us??" Rosie said, running for her life. Well, we all were.

" Maybe or maybe not" Jisoo unnie answered, winking.

Well, at least unnie isn't sad anymo- ouch.

" Jennie, who told you to run like that??" Sulli unnie said, bandaging my wound.

Jisoo unnie, Lisa and Rosie already went home after dropping me here. Yep, we cancelled the sleepover after all that happened today. Sulli unnie was now bandaging my knee where I got a severe wound. Sulli unnie was my childhood caretaker, and she's still my favorite. Now she works as a cook and a part time maid here.

" Please don't tell mom about it" I pleaded doing my aegyo.

" Aish, your aegyo always works on me" she said, acting like she was attacked, " okeh, I won't tell her" she smiled at me.

" Omg I love you unnie, okay bye I'll go take a shower now!"

" Jennie-"

" I promise I won't run while climbing the stairs! "

" But I wanted to tell that Miss J- okay fine"

I rushed towards my room when I saw my mom waiting for me outside my room.

" Jennie"

" What do you want now? " I said coldly.

" I just wanted to tell you that your favorite cousin is in your room waiting for you" She said and walked away.

My favorite cousin? When did I make that?

I walked in and saw... Her. Sitting on my bed while checking my photos with Kai on my own laptop.

" Oh hey Jennie" JOY said.

" How did you get my password??" I tried to be as polite as possible.

" Oh, I just hacked it :) "

" What the fuck"

" Chill, after all you did to me, I can't even hack your laptop?" :(

At this point, I just lost it.

" That was your own fault, not mine!"

" Oh, so when I'm happily going to debut after so much training and hardship you bring up a scandal of mine that was a long ago and then basically destroy my whole career it's still my fault??"

" You were the one who bullied your classmates at the point one of them even tried to commit suicide and you destroyed lives of almost 30 people and when your career is destroyed because of someone else you feel bad? That's what the bullied students felt because of YOU. People like you don't deserve to be an idol after destroying so many lives!"

" If they wanted, they could complain about me, but they didn't right? You were the one who forced them to complain against me! Because you are fucking jealous of me!"

" I didn't force them, I just supported them with their decision which was right. They always wanted to complain about you, but just needed some support which they got from me!"

" okay sisso, let's forget about the past :) won't you ask me why I'm here? "

" Why would I even care"

" Aww, anyway, I'm here to make your life... Hell :) You see that photo?" she pointed towards a photo of me and Kai laughing, " THAT photo will be nothing but a distant memory for you, soon" She said and walked out of my room.

Kai... No. I love him. He loves me too. Joy can't do anything....
