James and Olivia stood holding one another in the nursery doorway, watching as their children ran around the room, their laughter cascading across the walls. They couldn't believe how blessed and fortunate they were to have a beautiful family. They had spoken about only having two children, but the love and passion they had for one another proved to be much stronger than they had expected.

David was five years old, and quite the little bundle of energy. He was very sweet and compassionate, always wanting everyone to be happy. He was a spitting image of his father, with chestnut brown curls and dark green eyes.

Four-year-old Margaret was just as energetic as her older brother. With her mothers blonde curls and blue eyes, she was considered quite the little angel. She made sure everyone was smiling, and if they weren't, make sure that she had a joke in her pocket to make them laugh. She was kind hearted and respectful.

And then there were the pair of two year old twins, Charles and Emma. Charles had the same chestnut curls and green eyes as David, but Emma had honey blonde hair and blue eyes. The two of them were just as well mannered and sweet as their older brother and sister, but did get up to some mischief every now and then. They loved laughing and playing with their siblings.

James smiled at Olivia. "Can you believe we have four children?"

Olivia giggled. "No I can't my love, I believe William and Eliza are trying to catch up with us."

William and Eliza had three children. Their oldest was Anthony, the same age as David. Following him was a pair of twins, George and Lillian, who were three years old. Eliza was expecting again, and had a feeling she was going to have another girl.

The Abernathy and Tristan children spent as much time together as they possibly could. They loved playing with one another, running around the courtyard and rolling around in the grass. They enjoyed having afternoon tea and little cakes together, talking aimlessly about their favorite toy Or book. They very seldom argued, and whenever that occurred, they always managed to resolve the situation.

George and Melinda had quite the wild marriage They had three children, two boys and a girl. They spoiled their children to the point of excessive, but neither of them cared. They never came into contact with the Duke and Duchess of Norfolk or the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester again.

James and Olivia always had room for William and Eliza to come to their home, and vice versa. Every holiday and birthday was spent together, no one wanting to spend it alone. Happiness was surrounding them completely and perfectly. The social season of 1813 had been quite a season for love. And it was a social season that would never be forgotten. They knew that, if George hadn't brought them together when he had, even if it was by terrible circumstances, they wouldn't have fallen in love. But they did, and that love had blossomed into a kaleidoscope of radiance. And that glorious radiance would never be taken away.
