Chapter 16 Egg

Tony's Pov:

"Come on let's get you looked at." She said softly and I walked with her...it was pretty busy...the hall bustling with people. We then stopped at a room and walked in.

"Tony. Have a seat." Timothy said and I walked over sitting down. "How are you feeling?" He asked.

"Hungry." I said and he hummed.

"Anything particular?" He asked.

"Anything I can catch." I growled a little and blinked. "Sorry I'm having really weird urges." I said and he hummed checking my heart rate and blood sugar.

"That's normal...usually this is when we'd put you in our incubating tank...which is very big and has lots of fish in it...also connected to a room..." He said and I blinked. He then started gently feeling around my stomach and hips.

"Why?" I asked.

"Well usually mers like to exercise and water births are also the best for you." He said. "Your species also usually goes back to eating raw uncooked fish as well as types of kelp." He said.

"But we can't separate you from your mate long...it'll piss him off and you will become depressed." Valia said and I hummed when Timothy frowned.

"Something wrong?" I asked.

"You're developing very fast..." He said.

"Um...is that bad?" I asked.

"It's not...good..." He said and looked at Valia. "We may need to talk his mates into staying here." Timothy said.

"Is he that bad?" Valia asked.

"He's developing the child very fast which isn't a horrible thing." He said looking at me. "Means your healthy." He said.

"But you want me to stay here?" I asked.

"For observation and just to be safe..." He said.

"I mean...I'm sure Stephen and Loki would stay if you just told them I needed to be kept an eye on." I said and they hesitated.

"We don't normally do this." Valia said. "But...text them or call them...send them your location." She said and I pulled my phone out.

Steph, Loki they want to keep me here and keep an eye on me cause I'm um...moving apparently to fast in making a baby...they wanted me to give you the location and everything so please don't burn the place down or attack anyone. I'm ok and they're just worried about me...see you soon.

Loki-Excuse me!?

"Ok..." I said.

"I'll go meet them...Dr. Lane can show you to the room." She said and left us.

"Come on Tony." He said and I followed him...the room was...fucking cool! HOLY FUCK!

"You have clear water tunnels running through the entire place!?" I asked shocked.

"Yup and little pond like areas..." He said and I felt my eyes widen at the little pond area in the living room. The place had water tunnels I could easily swim through on the walls and ceilings even the floor. He showed the bed room and three of the walls were like a fish tank. "That's the big tank..." He said and I saw the sand and plants in it...even fish. "Should have everything you need in it but you can always ask...you can also swim through out the compound actually as it has tunnels in it as well...We have a water sprite that keeps them clean...the tunnels should be big enough for when you are fully developed." He said and lead me to another room one that had medical supplies. "This is where we will meet for check ups...you can swim right in and relax in this little pond here...It's heated as well so when you give birth we can warm the water...make it a little easier on you." He said.
