Chapter 10 The Darkness

Tony's Pov:

"That among other things." Loki said and I watched the two struggle...Dragon's are naturally possessive and protective...So he knows I'm his soulmate...so he wants to claim me cause he's being possessive...after seeing me like this...Maybe cause he fears other dragons taking me...It was a possibility...I mean instinct is instinct and Loki said he was controlling it...Maybe this whole time he's been controlling it but seeing me all shiny...Do I want to be bonded? Everything in me purred at the idea but I ignored it trying to think logically. He's my soulmate so wouldn't I want a bond with him eventually? I can't do worse than Ty...Stephen and Loki seemed great...they had their problems, but no one is perfect.

"Let him go." I said and Loki froze.

"Tony." Loki said.

"Let him go." I said softly and Loki looked surprised.

"I don't want us to be a mistake." Loki said and I froze. "I already feel we don't deserve you but...if Stephen force claims you..." Loki trailed off.

"You guys are not a mistake...I'll never see you like that." I said.

"If he hurts you." Loki said...He'd never forgive himself...He can't be worse than Ty but something in me told me Stephen wouldn't hurt me...He didn't have the dark look in his eye.

"He won't." I said and Loki hesitated but...let go...The Alpha scooped me up making me laugh...I was getting kisses and nuzzles making me melt...aw...Ok not regretting it...Usually they just go for it but the Alpha was trying to make me feel comfortable. He nuzzled against my jaw and I tilted my head hearing a purr...He pressed kisses and I closed my eyes tilting my head more...the kisses trailing down and then...I felt teeth hesitate...I wondered if that was Stephen fighting it but if it was he lost...His teeth sank in and I gasped as I got a sudden surge of...what the fuck? It was like my magic was just super charged. I felt the bond settle and I melted against the Alpha.

"Well...that happened." Loki said and I laughed which made him relax.

"Shit." Stephen said.

"You're fine..." I said and saw the panic. "Hey no...it's ok. I'm ok...we're ok." I said and he swallowed.

"Sorry." He said softly.

"It's ok...I mean it was going to happen eventually anyway." I said and he melted before nuzzling my temple making me chuckle.

"Someone is rather cuddly." Loki said and Stephen gave him a look.

"Well I'm all for cuddles...Just don't tell Steve that." I said and hugged Stephen making him purr. I shuddered as I felt myself shifting...my tail changing back to legs. "Yay...I have feet again." I said.

"Well...I'm glad your both ok...never do that again." Loki said looking at us.

"So...can I ask you guys something...I swear I'm not normally this needy." I said.

"We don't think your needy." Stephen said.

"What is it?" Loki asked.

"Can you two...um sleep with me tonight?" I asked and Stephen tensed. "Unless that's too much." I said quickly cause Stephen was obviously having control issues and was scared.

"Stephen?" Loki asked softly.

"I want to but...I really don't want you to see me like that...I even scare Loki sometimes." Stephen said.

"It's ok...you guys don't have too." I said.

"Loki could stay with you." Stephen said.

"I can...if that's what you want." Loki said.
