"Tell everything to Gauri,", Shivaay requested her. Anika looked at him shocked how can she tell her?

"I am serious Anika. See we can't hide it for long hana? And I will be there so don't worry ", Shivaay assured her and held her hand. Anika nodded and placed her head on his chest

"What if I lost my family Shivaay? If she also misunderstood me then I don't think I will ever gather the courage to go there", Anika told her fear to him and looked down. His confession made her feel her light, she is happy that even this conversation is not making her sad.

"You will not Anika. I will make her understand. Will you tell her now?", Shivaay asked with the hope to hear yes. Anika nodded as she can't deny his request.

"Ok just for you because I don't have that courage to tell truth myself. She will not hate me hana?", Anika asked

"She will understand you. Tomorrow we will go there so let's sleep now", Shivaay said to which Anika nodded and thanked him for confessing his feelings today

"I knew what are your feelings towards me but somewhere Shivaay I was... I was hoping to hear from you. Thanks a lot for this today. I love you soo much" Anika said and kissed his cheek. Shivaay smiled seeing her happy, this is what he always wished to see. Her smile and happiness can make him happy as well

"You have become my strength. I need you beside me tomorrow", Anika told

"I will be there", Shivaay replied and caressed her hair softly. They spent some time together and then dozed off to sleep.

Next day

Both of them had their breakfast and got ready. Anika was more excited to meet all of them than her, he wondered why she was sad yesterday then? He asked her to come and drove towards chawl. Anika was hesitant to knock on the door which confused him at her behaviour, he nocked and looked at her who was checking her surroundings

"Don't worry Anika", Shivaay assured her and rubbed her shoulder

"Wow dii I am so happy to see you here! I missed you soo much", Gauri jumped in happiness, and excitement when she found Anika in front of the door in the morning. She hugged Anika in excitement..

"Even I missed you Gauri how are you guys?", Anika asked

"We are fine. Finally, you remembered us", Gauri said and asked them to come inside. Anika and Shivaay met Chachi, Sahil Daksh and Priyanka as well when they came thereafter hearing Gauri's voice

"Dii come ", Gauri said and dragged Anika towards her room leaving Shivaay alone with her family. Anika gestured for Shivaay to come but Shivaay was talking with Priyanka that's why he was unable to see Anika's gesture

"Di is everything fine there? You.. were eying jiju so I have a doubt. Are you guys happy? Is.... he the reason you don't visit this house? ", Gauri asked with hesitation

"Think before you speak Gauri. I will not hear a word about him from anyone. Why does everyone judge so easily?", Anika asked angrily and threw one toy of Sahil down.

"He is the reason I am here. I will tell you the reason once he is here but always remember my words Gauri. Instead, he asked me to visit this house. In this arranged marriage I always feel like we had a love marriage just because of his behaviour", Anika told thinking about Shivaay's behaviour towards her.

"Ohh mean he behaves as if you guys loved each other from start", asked Gauri to confirm whether whatever she heard is true or not?

"Yes and I think even in love marriages people are not that happy the way I am", Anika told with confidence and placed that toy back in its place which she threw. She checked the room, everything was in its place like it was. Even there are few of her dresses in the wardrobe

"Then even I am happy. Love you di. Regarding this so I got a chance to wear your dresses daily", Gauri told and laughed. Anika smiled as she remembered why they are there, but one fear struck her mind. What if Gauri misunderstood her or him?

"I will come", Anika excused herself and left the room and in between bumped with Shivaay

"What happened? I know I am good looking what's why many girls lose themselves but I didn't expect it from you", Shivaay teased. Anika hugged him and told him about her thinking

"She misunderstood you and judged you. I know even she will judge me so please I want to hide it for more time", Anika requested with tears, Shivaay shooked his head and wiped her tears

"This is not an option for you. Tell her the truth otherwise don't ever talk to me because you have lied enough", Shivaay told her and broke the hug.

"Mean I have to choose between you and Gauri?", Anika asked

"No Anika I just said that because you are changing your decision. We should tell her to come ", Shivaay replied and caressed her cheeks softly, Anika took a deep breath as Shivaay dragged her towards Gauri's room. They found Gauri scrolling something on mobile.

"Hii Gauri", Shivaay greeted Gauri

"Hii jiju. How is business going on? Hope di is not troubling you much. Understanding her and living with her is difficult Hana?", asked Gauri and giggled at last when Shivaay laughed hearing her statement

"Yes she is ", Shivaay replied, Anika, glared at Shivaay hearing his reply. Shivaay immediately looked down as he didn't mean that line. He just said inflow, Anika sat with him and intertwined their fingers to gain strength

"What happened? Anything serious?", Asked Gauri as Anika didn't laugh at her joke instead she turned serious suddenly

"Yes Gauri.. our mother...", Anika fumbled and looked down as she lost strength, Shivaay gestured for her to continue and rubbed her shoulder from another hand

"She.... is alive and living as someone's mistress... I'm... sorry for not telling you. I was hiding it because she does not care about us. For me she is dead that's why ", Anika told as fast she could, she fumbled in the middle but still tried to convey the truth clearly

"Yes Gauri before reacting and speaking,  Hear me as well. Even Daksh knows this and met his mother. You can ask him how she is. That woman is mad. She said she does not care and is happily living with someone. She is disgusting, I felt ashamed of her so I can't even imagine how Anika hate her,
", Shivaay told Gauri to clear her confusion before she could reach any confusion and hurt her

"Mean you all knew and were hiding from me", asked Gauri with tears

"Because I was not having that courage to tell you ", Anika told her and looked down in regret

"Then why now?", asked Gauri

"Because of him ", replied Anika, Shivaay tried to lie and interrupt in between but Anika didn't let him say anything

"Ohh right after marriage have you lost your mind di? If he can use his mind then why can't you? ", Asked Gauri with anger and tears. She does not care about that woman but she cares about Anika.

"I am sorry please don't misunderstand me and hate me", Anika requested

"Jiju tell your wife that I can never hate her but I need some time alone do you guys can leave", Gauri told Anika indirectly through Shivaay. Anika wanted to stay there but Shivaay dragged her from there saying she will be fine

"I hope so. But thank you soo much for everything. Can we stay here? If you are comfortable only then we will. Tomorrow is karvachauth so I will not be able to travel so if you don't want then we will go back within an hour", Anika asked Shivaay. Shivaay smiled inwardly as he asked her in the morning to pack bags but she herself said she don't want and now changed decision

"You will keep it?", Shivaay asked

"Ofcourse I will",Anika said, Shivaay started to laugh thinking about her being hungry as from the time he is seeing her he understood she is big foody. Then now she will manage?

I know karvachauth is out of season 🤣koi ni let it be. Trip will be to Amritsar Golden Temple through train, And then holi in flashback. All these ideas are from you all❤

Now updates will be long ♥️as I left training as well. They were hiring for a  calling job which I can never accept. Will do B.ed or merchandising these are much better
