THIRTEEN. That's how old Naila Caddo was when she was sent on her first mission. They dropped her off on a planet she didn't know and showed her the face of her target, and now she was pacing the streets, her hand practically glued to the gun on her side.

"Update?"

Naila rolled her eyes, "I'm walking down a narrow street that has no lights and no movement. There's no people in my view and I am on my way to question the people on this planet."

"Continue."

She shivered slightly as a blast of wind hit her, she was only in a combat suit which wasn't exactly suitable for cold habitats. It was when the first drop of rain fell onto her that Naila started to get annoyed, she couldn't go into a bar, she was too young and she was told not to draw suspicion, Naila just had to hope that she wouldn't be out here for too long.

"What the hell-" Naila muttered as she watched a procession on hooded individuals split up.

"If you stay quiet you can stay alive."

The brunette frowned, "I'm not very good at staying quiet to be honest, apparently I'm a loud mouth."

"Who are you and why are you trying to find me?"

"I'm not trying to find you," Naila said, a sigh was heard from behind her, "I'm here to kill you."

Ripping her gun out of its holster Naila shot the man in the leg and watched as her fell to the floor in agony, "Congratulations. You are being saved from the eternal misery of life."

"Aren't you like ten?"

Using the distraction, the man tugged at her legs, Naila falling flat to the floor and her gun travelling across the alley, "I'm thirteen actually."

"I don't want to kill a child," He said, "But I'm afraid you aren't a child, are you?"

Naila didn't answer, she swung her fist at his face, satisfied as she heard a crack from his nose, she continued punching him, ignoring his pleas for her to stop, "I have to do this." Naila crawled over to her gun and pointed it at his head, "I have to do this," She repeated, her finger falling over the trigger, "I. Have. To. Do. This." She shut her eyes, drowning out the whimpers from below her, "I have to do this," A shot sounded the alley, the man below her went limp and Naila put her gun back into its holster, she had learnt about this, dissociative yourself from the world and you won't feel pain, now she knows how to do that.
