I Wish to Live Peacefully

Prologue

Hello, my name is Y/N L/N, just your ordinary man. I already have a job that pretty decent. But the stress is really overwhelming. Why I rated myself as ordinary, you can said because I am. Even my boss are kind of grumpy when he seen my face. What I like is reading such as fantasy, martial art, and cultivation books. So, I always wondering how wonderful to have such an amazing power, if only those reincarnation stuff is true.

"Y/N, please check this files for me and can you finished it before tomorrow?" asked the boss to me.

"Yes, boss man, leave it to me!"

"Senior, what do I do to fix it?" asked the newcomer.

"Please check it on this part."

Yes, the usual hectic days on office. With all those struggles, we still managed to finish it.

"Yes, good job everyone!"

The shift already past, everyone give salute to each other. Then, all of them began to leave the office only me and three people left behind. 

"Senior, could you recheck this document for me while I fix the bugs here?"asked him.

"Leave it to me and Shinji-san, you're done yet?"

"Yes senior, I just need to upload it and done."

Well, after two hours we managed to finished all the works today. So we part away to get to each other residence. Before reaching my apartement, I need to take a train first. On the subway station, you usually find less people eventually on this night. 

"Hey Mom, when will the train come?"

"Soon, baby. Please be patient."

I see there near right about ten meters beside me, a mother and her child waiting for a train to ride them to home. I only chuckled when I see them, remembering I was like that too. I already alone here, both of my parents passed away two years ago due to accident. Well, it's no use to remember the past cause the memories are what make them lives.

After ten minutes, they announced that the train will be here. I can hear the sound of high moving vehicle. Then, I see something that really strange. Near the kid, there's a tall dark being. It's not human, only darkness. I wonder why there's no one noticed it. But my guts tell me the kid is gonna be in danger. So, I ran quickly to them.

"No!!"shouted the mother.

The train will come around thirty seconds. That dark thing really pushed the kid to the rail. I managed to get there and jump down to take the kid. The train is close, I shivered to heard it.

"Hurry Man!!"shouted people around us.

I able to get the kid to the mother, ten seconds close before the train run down on me. Before I able to get up that dark thing already right in front of me and pushed me down.

"Everyone stand back!!"shouted the security.

It less than ten seconds, I will not make it. Then, I closed my eyes to accept my fate.

"This is it..."

How long it is? Should I be judged whether I go to heaven or hell? The first thing I try is to move my hands. Oh, I can feel it moving slightly. Then, I try to open my eyes. Strange thing is why there's only forest here? If it is a spiritual journey, should I see right now is my own dead body? Or more, my own funeral. But that doesn't matter. I get up to see my surrounding. My own thinking or speculation right now is..

"Could it be, I am in gensokyo?"
