A day in Eientei

"Lady Yuyuko! I told you to not empty the fridge this time!"

As the sun shined through the window and hit my whole face, a sensation that really not so comfortable for a person especially for those who lack of sleep time. But for me, it's not happening. Remember, Eirin Yagokoro's drugs are known with no side effects. For who know how she made it, she will not sharing it. Greediness is unlimited but somehow one can hold it to a certain extend. Now, I try to get a feeling of my injured leg. Let the muscle move and feel if anything still wrong about the leg.

"Wow, it doesn't hurt or stinging anymore."

Even though it doesn't feel hurt at all, better hear the advice from the doctor first. 

"It's a good sign that you awake."

I hear someone spoke to me. When I turned around, I see the doctor herself.

"Good morning Yagokoro-sensei. Thank you for taking care after me."

"No, thanks. It's my duty." she said it with a little smile. It can be seen by the side of her lip that slightly curve up.

Then, she checking me, to observe how my recovery is. One point that need to be taken care, which is actually my stabbed leg. She tested me by touch it only to get to know the feeling if it still has normal response and I told her it's normal. The wound, it still covered in bandages and she told me to unwrap it on the next day. So, can I still get a bath? Of course I can. I just need to wash my body with a wet cloth. But let's leave that matter.

"So, how about the fee?" I asked her.

"Hm... how does helping around Eientei sounds like to you?"

That was an unusual way to pay the hospital fees. But this is a good one. So, let's hope that I'll not regret it later.

"That's...... actually a good idea."

"Good. I will tell Tewi to guide you here, but first you need a good breakfast."

After she said that, another person come to this room. No, it was an humanoid youkai.

Oh, from her pair of ear I can tell that she's a rabbit youkai. Long purple hair same as Eirin herself but not braided. Her red eyes that somehow bring an unease feeling. I still wonder how they has shirt on this world, but that looks make her like some high schooler. Well, actually we have met once in the village. Her name is Reisen Udongein Inaba.

"I bring the breakfast for the patient, Master."

"Thank you, Udongein. Did Tewi wake Princess yet?"

"I already told her to do that, but let's hope that she not slacking off."

"I see, I shall check them myself. Now, excuse me."

After that, Eirin leaving the room with only Reisen and I. Well, let's hope it will not turn into an awkward moment. Now, let me open the conversation to break this silence.

"How are you, Ms.Reisen?"

"As usual Mr. L/N. Same routine. Doing tasks from master , handling Tewi, and sometime full filling Princess's whim." she said that then take a sigh.

"Let me guess, Tewi made your work double this time?"

"Yes, how do you know that?"

"Lucky wild guess."

"Woa... then, can I ask how do you get here? It's really unusual for the man who survived the little sister of the devil to get injured."

You mentioned me about that accident again, but it will only give me some goosebumps. Honestly, I don't feel really like to talk about it. Well, let's tell the truth.

"Actually, after visiting the Hakurei shrine I have intention this place. I just want to buy some drugs just in case and for hangover. But please, don't mention the SDM accident which involved me. I think it give me trauma."

"Oh, I apologize about that."

 "It's okay, well then where were we.... oh yeah, can you guess who I need to see first when you get here?"

"You have to see Ms. Fujiwara unless you want to get lost."

"Correct. Now what happened if Ms. Fujiwara meet the Princess?"

"They will do what they usual do. But how did you...oh I get it." 

When she realize what just happened from my riddles, her ears slightly twitching and I admit, it's really cute. 

"Yup, I need to get away from those two. But, you know who?"

That last riddle adding more sour feeling to her. I can see her face slightly darkened. From her mouth, came out a name of the culprit.

"Go***** Tewi..."

Then, she put the breakfast which actually a hot porridge with a glass of water. After that, she get up and went to the door and then turn to me. I can see her red eyes slightly glowing.

"Please excuse me, Mr. L/N, I have a rabbit that need to be grilled." she said that then close the door.

Reisen, honestly you looks really dangerous. Poor Tewi who will get two people to knock her some sense. But, that will happen unless she able to outplayed them. Rather than that, let just savor the breakfast first. It's better to eat the food while it still hot. 

 ~Meanwhile on another room~

<Eirin's POV>

After checking of the odd job man, I intended to see Princess first. I hope that Tewi able to do her job this time. I don't know if Princess Kaguya will be wake at this hour this time since yesterday she fought Fujiwara no Mokou for their own eternal duel. Now, I arrive at the Princess's room and knock it.

'Knock-knock'

"Princess, are you awake?"

I still knocked it for three times. Thanks from the eternal body, it give me some enhanced effect such as heightened sense. Behind the door, I hear the breath of the princess herself. The form of her breathing is slow, which mean she still asleep. But, a task must be done.

"Then, please excuse me."

I open the door gently so it will not really disturb her sleep. Then, walking to her without make a loud noise as possible as I can. After that, I sit close to her. Whispering something to her ear softly.

"The odd job has come."

Slightly, her eyes opened and her lips formed a smile. I hope that My lady will have her entertainment for today,
