Request from the Scarlet Devil

Hello, right back to your ordinary odd job Y/N. Today I'm gonna delivery a package to the one of popular place in Gensokyo. To be precise it was from the Scarlet Devil herself via her loyal and trustful maid. What kind of package? It just a wood box without knowing what inside it. Since it was a delivery, I rather not to pry what is in the box. Well, let's back to the flashback what happened a day before.

~Flashback moment~

"Fuuh...now, let's take a rest for today"

After I finished an odd job, well it was to help Gichin's family to harvest their farm which I would say it was really large, now I really need some rest to regain my energy. I think I really need a hot spring. But from the books the only hot spring on this world is on the Former Hell. Well, I can't survive if I go there. So, should I wasted myself with some sake on Geidontei? Nah, I'm afraid that little oni gonna forced me to outdrink me until I fainted. But, since it's Tuesday I think she'll be on the Hakurei Shrine.

'Knock-knock' 

Hm...there's a person who knocked my door. Should I make him or her leave me alone for today or hear it first? Let just pick the later. Now, what surprise me was the person who knocked the door.

Wow, the maid of the Scarlet Devil herself came to me. That outfit is really standing out if you ever met her on this village since people prefer japanese style clothes. Her silver hair is really shiny. I bet it's really soft. Those cold and piercing looks really make her one of a kind of a beauty. Wait, let's hear her out first.

"Odd job Y/N, right?" she asked me with a cold tone.

"Yes, what can I help."

"Milady requested you to delivering a package for her."

"Wait, why not yourself to do it?" really, that made me so confused.

"Usually I'll do it myself but milady insist to make you to deliver it to her place. She believe you are an interesting being so she told me to make you to go to her place."

"From the sound of it, I think your first plan was to kidnap me, right?"

"I believe if I do that I'll be banned to come to this village."

What the..!? My guessed is straight a yes! How desperate your mistress is? Some kind of peaceful life is really far ahead. 

"O-kay, so where do I get the package and what about the payment?"

"You can take the package from here also the payment is already on the paper." then she give a paper.

Hmp..it also included the amount of the pay. From the amount, it can be some precious thing. Really need to handle it carefully. From it, I can tell where the location is. It's really near a stand on the market that has some odd tools.

"That's all I can tell you. Milady will be pleased if you able to accomplish it." 

After she said it, in the blink of eyes or a second she just vanished into nothingness. Wow, since I'm just ordinary, her time manipulation didn't really detected or sensed to me at all. You know, I wish I have some unique ability here but bruh, instead I have none. You know what, lucky main character with their own OP ability. I believe sometime Sakuya abused her ability to simping her own mistress.

'THUD'

I look at what was beside my face. A fork was flying with a really high speed motion and stabbed into the wall. How sharp a woman's instinct actually is? I rather not to find out about it. Well, time to sleep.

Yeah, what a great impression to introducing your own mistress to other people. Now, let just focus on the delivery. Remember how the merchant look? You can imagine how the merchant from a video game with zombies as their main enemy. Only adding some traditional hat and clothes.

I hope there'll be no random youkai or fairy appeared. If it were Cirno, I swear I will give her a real math question. No matter what happen, just run as fast boi. Don't ever get caught or seen by the kleptomaniac witch.

I don't know how long I have been running. Only to lose the track of time. I think my stamina will be run out. Oh, I can see the mansion that far away. What a big scarlet mansion it is. After less than ten minutes I can just walking there and reach the gate. You know, only there is only a gatekeeper and she just sleeping while still standing in front of the gate.

What is her name? Oh, right it's Hong Meiling. Look at those uniform, it's a chinese right? No matter where you look at her, she still one kind of a beauty here. Well, let's not wasting more time.

"Hello, I have delivery here! Hey, gatekeeper! Wake up will you!"

Mother of god! Was she a heavy sleeper? She didn't budge at all. Even if you pinch or slap her. No sign of waking yet. Should I try to be a racist? Nah, forget it. I will not be able to handle her if she went to berserk mode. Let just use the safest way.

"Miss Izayoi! Delivery here!"

Well, in just a blink of eyes or more like a split second, a sounds like a flesh is being stabbed was heard and I can feel Sakuya just standing in front of me. Oh, yeah she's right in front of me and wow, Meiling is still sleeping even after getting stabbed. That's a youkai for you. Now, let just give her the package.

"Thank your for using L/N odd job service, any else I can help?" 

"Yes, Mr. L/N, milady asked you to join her for a tea. Would you like to join her?"

I think it will be rude to decline her mistress invitation. But on the other side there's probability I will meet a black flag here. Oh well, bring it on.

"Yes, I'd like to."

"Very well, please follow me."

Then, I follow her from behind. Entering the distinguished Scarlet Devil Mansion give me a goosebumps. I rather not go to the library or I definitely lost there since the librarian use her magic to expand it or it was Sakuya who did it? Also, please don't ever meet the little sister or it will be like bloodstained party.

~Meanwhile, some back door goddess~

Now is the right time to run my plan. Since that special being is right on the Scarlet Mansion, it's time to meet the little vampire and give her some entertainment.
