"You have to wear a white dress, and be bare footed." Chase's aunt Mary told me. "I need a new white dress because I've already worn all the others." I told her, she nodded. "We'll have our tailors make you something. Now for make up, would you like make-up or no?" She asked and I shook my head no immediately. "Sorry, but I hate make-up." I tell her shaking my head with distaste.
"I only wear it if it's inevitable, but majority of the time it is." She nods in agreement. "I think that you're beautiful so it'll be easy." She smiles, and I grin sheepishly. After figuring out everything for the induction ceremony I went to meet Chase. "Well someone looks happy?" He questioned more than stated. "Only because your aunt just called me beautiful." He frowned a little.
"I call you beautiful everyday." He told me. And he has, for the last three months. And I know you're wondering what the hell? Three months? Why wasn't she inducted sooner? Well, I wanted to give the pack time to get to know me as a person, and ask me themselves if I would be their Luna. Not so that I could flaunt or feel special about myself, but so that I knew that it's what they wanted. I had to earn their trust. I had to earn Chase's trust, and I have. That's why it's been three months.
"And I love you for it. But it just makes me feel even more special when one of your family members says it." I told him. He nodded and turned back to the pup that he was talking to. "So when you first talk to her, use a pick up line or something like 'Are you 90° 'cause you're acute girl.' Or—" Chase told him seriously. I watched silently for a few more minutes and after feeling sorry for the boy who was actually listening to Chase I decided to butt in. "Chase, really? That is not how you pick up a girl." I shook my head.
"First of all, you have to have some kind of swag. And kid you have that whole preppy thing going for you." I ruffled his hair a little bit, then took a look at his out fit. He was wearing a pale green pull over, on top of a white dress shirt, and his sleeves were all the way down. He had on long khaki pants, and brown Timberland boots were hidden beneath the pants. He had a nice shape for a kid, and if he dressed himself right he'd be a major catch.
"So first, we're gonna roll these up." I took his shirt sleeves and rolled them up. "Then we're gonna tuck these in." I folded the cuff of his pants and tucked them into his boots. "Then for the hair," I ran my fingers through his hair a bit. I looked at his wrist and didn't see a watch. I looked at Chase who had one on, so I politely took the Rolex off of his arm, and tightened it on the boys wrist. Chase growled at me, but I ignored it.
"Stand up straight, and lift your head then tilt it to the right." He leaned his head all the way to the right and looked like he was doing 'The Whip' on crack. "No, only slightly....there you go." He fixed it. "Now when you approach her, you demand respect but politely. Make the whole room go silent without you saying a word. And then you tell her, I want you to be my girlfriend. Just that simple." I taught him.
He smiled and thanked me over and over again, and beamed at the watch on his wrist. He asked for permission to hug me, and I let him. Then he ran the other way towards who I'm guessing is the girl he wanted advice for. "You gave him my watch." Chase growled. "Oh, I'll buy you another one hush up." I waved him off and pulled him into a passionate kiss.
"Who would've thought that we'd be here?" I asked him. He smirked and kissed me again. "I don't know, but I guess this makes us even because I gave away your beloved Ipad collection, and bought you a laptop." I honestly don't think that I heard him right. "Huh?" I questioned pausing all activity going on in my head to focus on whatever the hell he just said. "Well, I know you like to make people happy, and there was this woman who didn't have a job and she was sleeping on the corner with her children so I brought her here and gave them each an Ipad. She's human, but her and her kids will join the pack." I was satisfied with his reason. Even though, that was a nearly six thousand dollar collection, at least someone else was happy.
