Chapter 6: Clearing Galar

Last time the veteran gave Ash some equipment and important information about the weapons, objectives and more. After bidding farewell to the veteran, Ash goes down to meet the group. The group leader sees him and welcomes him. After waiting for some more time, the group starts to leave the building.

LEADER: "Alright, comrades! I am sure you all know the objectives of today!"

RANDOM GROUP MEMBER: "Yeah! We need to defeat the ones invading Galar region and make sure we dont lose our grip!"

LEADER: "Exactly! And you wont be shocked if I say, that's just the start of our journey?"

ANOTHER MEMBER: "Well, surely not! We have a lot to do in this situation, and doesnt matter how much time it takes, better to calm the situation."

LEADER: "Exactly! So with our current rate, I am expecting us to reach Galar in an hour. Make sure to keep your equipment ready."

An hour later the group reaches Galar. The leader gathers the group into one and starts to make another announcement.

LEADER: "Alright, so now the plan is that I have plotted the areas in the map and each of us would be allotted in groups. For each group, there's a different area marked in the map and their main responsibility would be to clear the area from the creatures and to safeguard the area. Lets make sure within the period of 3 days, no more creatures invade the area."

RANDOM MEMBER: "But even if we make sure the area's ours, wouldnt they just invade again?"

LEADER: "Well that's the next part of our purpose. After clearing the areas assigned, we would make a centralised camp from all the camps which is also marked on your maps. We would make plans about eliminating the camps where these creatures thrive. So basically, they would get the taste of their own medicine."

So Ash gets to lead a small group and he takes them to the assigned area marked in the map.

MEMBER: "So Ash what's your plan to clear this area?"

ASH: "I think the most efficient strategy would be to first see how many of them are there at the moment, and based on how much are there, we can take our next move."

MEMBER: "Well, since I have the the work of co leader, my work is to assist you. So let me think of how to peek at them. Btw, you can call me Nate."

ASH: "That's a good name. Anyways I think we have reached."

Nate calls the other members and gathers them.

(P.S: I would be using short forms for the different types of people. AR would be the ones excelling in Assault Rifles, SNIPERS would be the ones using long ranged weapons.)

NATE: "Alright so our plan is going to be like this: We would have a peek at the number of creatures in front of us, and according to that we would have to make an attack. Sp any heads up from you guys?"

MEMBER 1: "How about we have a fixed composition of some melees, some assault rifle users and some snipers?"

NATE: "That would be a good idea, we cam adjust the numbers too."

MEMBER 2: "My take is we can take down the far ones using a sniper and when some of them get alert, we can start the melee attack while the snipers would keep shooting."

NATE: "Okay, for now make sure you all have enough ammos. Me and Ash are going to have a look and be right back."

So Ash and Nate get closer to the camp which is currently invaded. They hide under a fence, not realising that a creature is literally steps away.

ASH: "Oh shit! Glad I brought my weapons.."

NATE: "We probably need to alert them from here itself."

ASH: "Yeah, how about we become the melees? By the time they come, we can easily use this chance."
