Meeting Someone New (Chapter 9)

Chapter 9.

Mum said they could sleep, omg.

As the day dragged on it finally came to an end, it was Friday today I think. I don't even know, my minds not working right today. Me and Lucy were walking out of 5th period which was Art, to meet up with the boys at my locker.

"hey beautiful", Jake wrapped his arms around Lucy's waist from behind and Cody was standing beside them, I saw him and smiled.

"aight, shall we go guys?", I looked at them for a response, they quickly nodded their heads.

"leggo" I replied.

We'd called at Jake's and Lucy's for their stuff then we returned home. I unlocked the front door and we all piled in, I closed the door behind us all.

"make yourself comfortable, me and Cody are gonna go and get his stuff" I smiled at them both.

I grabbed Cody's hand and we ran next door to his house, he opened the door and we walked in.

"Cody mu- oh hey, what's your name?" Alli asked, cutting herself off. I smiled genuinely at her.

"I'm Ava and you're Alli right?" she smiled and hugged me.

"yeah, that's me. So..", she pointed towards Cody's arm around my waist which I quickly made it move. I giggle nervously.

"we're friends, I just started here this week.", she nodded.

"ahh, so what are you guys doing?" she asked. I looked at Cody who was impatiently waiting for us to stop talking, I had to laugh.

"just came here to get Cody's stuff for the night, we're having a sleepover with a couple of friends" I looked at her and she looked quite down.

"oh, have fun then", we smiled.

"thanks we will."

Cody ran up the stairs dragging me with him by my hand, we walked into his room and he gently pushed me on the bed.

"woah, don't get carried away Simpson, we're just getting your stuff", I teased and watched as he walked closer smirking.

"but you'd love that", he winked.

"nah, not really", I replied with a cheeky grin on my face.

He was about to lean down to me when I rolled to the side and he fell face first onto his bed, I laughed uncontrollably.

"it's a good job that was a bed and not the floor!" he said with attitude, I just continued to laugh.

"aight cluts, get your stuff, they'll be wondering what we're doing", he smirked and laughed.

"fine but it'd be nice to keep them guessing", he winked and I rolled my eyes laughing.

"whatever, get your clothes and shit", he grabbed some clothes from his wardrobe and placed them in his bag, he walked out into his bathroom and grabbed his toiletries, when he came back in he was focused, strange child.

He grabbed a pair of boxers and threw them in my face I quickly pulled them away and threw them back at him.

"ew Cody! why would you throw some clean boxers at my face?!", he was laughing by now.

"how do you know they aren't dirty?", he smirked, I got up and slapped him on the back of his head softly and then pouted, he grabbed my waist and pulled me closer pulling the same facial expression as me, I giggled and pushed him away.

"not now boo", I winked.

"such a tease", he replied, I laughed.

All of a sudden, a little white dog jumped up on Cody's bed where I was and attacked me with kisses, I was laughing so much, I love dogs and I wish we had one.

"buddy! get down!", Cody shouted, Buddy stopped kissing me and jumped off the bed, he crept up to cody as Cody leaned down and began getting attacked by wet dog kisses too, I smiled at how cute they were. Oh my god, why am I saying these things..do I like Cody? of course I do. But we only just met? Sooner the better, I'm so confused. I began to snap out when Cody was calling my name, I looked at him.

"huh?", he laughed.

"I'm done, we can go back to yours now", I smiled.

"ohh, okay.", he lead us out the door carrying his bag, we walked down the stairs as I saw Alli in the living room watching tv looking unconditionally bored.

"Cody hang on", I walked into the living room, I crept my head around the door at her and she jumped, I laughed.

"nice meeting you Alli!", she smiled big at me.

"you too!", she slouched in the chair. I walked in and sat next to her, I looked at her. Wow she really does look like Cody and she's so pretty.

"hey, you look kinda bored. you wanna sleep at mine tonight with Cody, Jake and my friend Lucy?", she grinned widely.

"WHAAT", I turned around and saw Cody, I grabbed his hand and pulled him next to me on the couch.

"Cody don't be like that, I wanna get to know your sister and plus it'll be fun!", he rolled his eyes.

"what do I have to do to make you get that bad attitude out of you?", I chuckled and so did Alli. On the other hand, Cody smirked.

"kiss me.", he bit his lip, that is such a turn on. Butterflies began to grow in my stomach, I put my hand behind his neck and played with his hair, I leaned in and gave him a soft peck on his lips then pulled away. He frowned.

"that was nothing" he said still frowning and pouting.

"better than nothing", I smirked and Alli agreed.

"right, Alli quickly go upstairs and get your stuff! Don't take ages please like you usually do", Cody whined.

I laid back into the couch, Cody rested his head on my shoulder, cute.

"this couch is so comfy.", I relaxed.

"hmm I guess it is", he mumbled, he seemed tired today. I put my arm behind his head and started playing with his lovely blonde locks, calming him down as I did so. He looked so peaceful and cute. As I was watching his eye lids slowly start to close, Alli barged in with her bag, "aw look at you two! Picture!", she quickly grabbed her phone before I could look away and snapped a picture of me and Cody, he sat up and stretched. He laughed as I was glaring at Alli, she giggled innocently, "I'll get you back", I smirked.

We all returned back to mine, we walked in quietly and slowly opened the living room door and there we saw Jake and Lucy making out passionately on the couch, he was laid on top of her while her fingers were running through his hair and down his back.

"WOAH GUYS NO BABY MAKING ON MY COUCH!" I screamed and put my hands over my eyes. They stopped when they realised we were in their presence, Jake got embarrassed and Lucy blushed a deep red. Great start..
