"Bro, what are you on about? That Joey, idiot started the whole thing. There's literally witnesses." Zane stood up.

"Well, were you one of those witnesses?"

"Nah bu-"

"Then shut up and eat your burger." The cop turned around, holding me, and dragging me out towards the exit.

"Hey, you can't do that!" Keyanna called.

"Luke!" Nick called.

I ignored it knowing that I was probably going to end up in Jail one day anyway.

Hey, I guess it's today.

I heard Marie get up. She ran after the cops. "Hey! Excuse me!" She called once.

"Listen to me!" She called twice.

"Alright, listen here, you pathetic assholes!"

Sour Marie's backkkk.

"Miss, you need to cal-" The idiot cop tried to touch her shoulder. She flicked his hand out of her face, catching it in her hand.

"Don't tell me to calm down. I was a witness. You want to arrest Lucas? You can arrest me too. I'm pretty sure I tore one of Joey's muscles." She chuckled pretendedly, trying to seem villainish.

That better be a word, because that's Sour Marie's definition.

"Pff, no way." The other cop laughed loudly.

Nick walked towards us, showing us the video of Marie kicking Joey, while he grunted on the floor. "It went viral on Snapchat."

What a badass.

"Alright Ma'am. You need to come with me." The other cop put his cuffs on Marie. Marie smirked at Nick and I, and then back at the cop.

"Gladly."

Like I said, badass.

~~~
We sat in our cell, waiting for our parents to come and get us. We weren't getting charged, as another video showed, Joey slamming the table near Marie. Most of the comments or remarks by Snapchatters exaggerated that he became violent towards a woman.
Thank God.
"Cheesecake and crumbles. Cheesecake and crumbles. Cheesecak-" Marie ramblied, pacing back and forth.
I love how she says that.
"Princess, everything will be okay. I'll talk to your parents."
Marie was so nervous that she almost fell.
Almost.
I caught her just in time before she could fall. I noticed her eyes, and she had been crying.
"Hey, hey. Look at me." She moved her face away from me.
"Maria, look at me." I grabbed her chin in my hold, and looked at her face. Poor Marie had been crying so badly, her eye colour had literally formed into some really dark red.
Her cheeks were bright red, and I could tell her head was throbbing. She looked like she was so emotionally damaged that you couldn't fix it.
"My parents are never going to let me see you again." She put her head on my shoulder, sat on my right leg, and shook crying. I consoled her, and put my hand up her shirt, drawing random circles on her bare back.
I heard her breath slower, and I knew that I had calmed her.
A few minutes later, another cop, a woman cop, said,"Mrs and Mr Adams are here." Marie stayed on my right leg, and hadn't moved a muscle. The woman cop noticed, and walked over to Marie, pulling her off my leg.
