Chapter 17

"Marie! Get up, Miss is going to send you to the office." Lexi kicked my leg from under the table. Nick attempted to slap my thigh, before Luke put his large hand on it, giving him warn full eyes.

"Touch her, I'll slice your throat." Nick put his hands back up in surrender. I laughed after rubbing my eyes.

I had fallen asleep again. It was now period three, Math. Everyone was bored out of their mind, while I was trying to focus but I kept falling asleep.

"Ugh, stay open!" I slapped my cheek. The whole class turned to face me and I blushed a bright red of embarrassment. Miss Lorisan gave me a glare. She didn't like anyone. If she liked you, you were lucky; but it was rare for her to like someone.

"Maria. Do I need to send you to the principal?" She smirked.

I don't have time for this.

"I don't Miss, do what you want. I'm just trying to stay focused." Everyone turned to face me with wide eyes.

"Harsh Babe." Luke nudged my arm.

Harsh? Was I being harsh?

"Well then, seems you not care. Get up and go to the Principal. Now." Miss Lorisan demanded. I got up out of my chair and grabbed my things. Luke followed behind me.

"Lucas, where are you going?" She twirled her hair.

Weird adult groomer.

"With my girlfriend to the office." He snapped. I covered my mouth from laughing. Lexi let out a loud "Haha" before Miss Lorisan sent her with me. She told Luke to sit down, but he didn't listen. He just followed Lexi and I.

Miss Lorisan was becoming impatient. Luke slapped the door behind him before Miss Lorisan ran up behind him.

"Lucas! I'll tell Maria if you don't stay behind!"

Tell me what?

Lᴜᴋᴇ:

"I'll tell Maria if you don't stay behind!" Miss Lorisan called. My head shot toward her knowing what she was talking about. Lexi's eyes become huge staring directly at me. She forms her face into a glare.

"Fuck you, Miss." Lexi pulls the finger up. Marie grabs her hand and slaps it.

"What on Hell's name are you doing?!"

While those two fight, I walk up to Miss Lorisan and give her a look. She smirks and nods her head to the classroom inside. I walk back to my desk, blowing a kiss to Marie. She sent s one back. Lexi scrunches up her face and laughs before they head to the office. Miss Lorisan wasn't impresssed by the 'kisss blowing' situation, so she resumed the lesson.

Lexi, don't tell Marie. Please.

Mᴀʀɪᴇ:
Lexi and I walk into the office and sit down. We find Gia and Zane together. It was weird we hadn't seen them in a while.

"What are you two doing here?" Lexi laughed.

Gia shrugged, "Made out in class."

I scrunched my nose and made a 'bleh' face. Lexi, Gia, and Zane laugh. I join them after a few seconds.

"You?" Zane asked after a while. Lexi started explaining until she mentions the part about Luke. Zane and Gia's eyes go bold. Big, big bold.

"Uh oh."

"Oh God."

Was all they could say and comment. I made a confused look, until Zane started to explain.

"Luke was going to pl-" Gia slapped Zane.

"Shut up!"

What is going on?

All day I've been trying to get the 'What Luke did' situation sorted. No one was telling me anything. I had asked Luke, Zane, Gia and Lexi. They never mentioned anything. Luke was too embarrassed, and the rest were loyal to him.

They should be, they met him before me. They know him more.

Then I realise there's one person I never asked.

Nick.

I ran to Nick's lockers finding him taking his books out. I closed his locker and rushed him up to the senior spot.

"Tell me about Luke!" I called. Nick was out of breath.

"Jesus, okay." He scoffed. I laughed before he started explaining.

"He was going to make a night for you guys where you could fuck before you went to New York, so you could be comfortable to do it there."

I- Holy Cheesecake.

"You're lying." I pointed my index finger at him.

"I'm not. I swear." Nick up his hands up in surrender.

"Li- Like sex?" I looked around before whispering it.

Nick nodded.

This is where I panic.

"You told her?!" Lexi whisper shouted.

"She asked." Nick coughed. Lexi and Gia slapped their foreheads. Zane chuckles before adding onto the two girls.

"Luke's gonna kill you, bro."

"Why would he kill me?" Nick laughed aloud.

"Because you weren't supposed to tell her! Marie would of felt weird. That's what Luke said, idiot." Gia slapped Nick's neck.

I giggled and everyone looked at me.

"Sorry. I- It's not weird, it'll come to that point at some time. Right?" I asked confused out of my mind.

Gia, Zane and Lexi shook their heads.

"Not this early. Unless you're desperate, but if not; it's too early." Zane explained.

Oh no, Luke must feel horrible. I've got to find him.
