—Kaeya's pov Y/n's been acting pretty weird lately.Not in a bad way but..everytime i talk with a girl like Lumine or Amber and she notices us,she gives the girl I'm talking to the most cold stare ever.I mean..her stare was pretty much always like this but lately it just became even colder.When she looks at me though,a huge smile appears on her face.It's like she wants me all for herself and no one else's.She's really beautiful anyway and I don't expect her to like me.Maybe she just doesn't enjoy the company of Lumine or Amber,who knows.
—One week later Reader's pov— I sigh as I enter in my house after a long day of paperwork and annoying people,closing and locking the door after me.My expression darkens as I open and enter in my cellar. "Hi hi hi !" I yell as I look at Lumine and Paimon. They both stare at me with a dirty look. "Y/n! Why are you keeping us here? Just let us go!" Paimon yells with her annoying voice. "Ah well..unfortunately you're asking me for something I can't do.Apologies but I can't let you go.Especially your friend" I say as I darkly stare at Lumine.
"But-But hey! Lumine did nothing wrong!" She yells again with her annoying voice,moving around in her small cage. "Yes she did.She did something and she only acts like she's done nothing" I say,causing both of them to grow even confused than before. "Tell me what I've done Y/n..I'm sorry" she finally said with a 'broken' voice.Pffft.Almost made me laugh.
"I'm gonna give you a hint Lumine.Does the name..Kaeya tell you anything?" I say as I make circles around their cages. "Kaeya? What does Kaeya have to do with this?" Lumine asks,even more confused. "Don't play dumb dear Lumine.You still act like you have no idea what I'm talking about.You were talking and spending a bit too much time with Kaeya lately.Don't think I didn't notice.You are trying to steal him from me" she looks at me with wide eyes as Paimon looked at her surprised. "Y/n.I don't have any interest in Kaeya.The only reason I talked with him is because he's been asking me things about my brother and-" I sigh as I lift my hand and shock her a bit with electricity.
"Too much talking.Anyway,see ya later.Or not" I say as I exit my cellar. I have to do something with them and quick.The others went fully on alert mode after Amber 'disappeared' and they are now looking for her.Or rather,for her rotting corpse but they don't know that yet.They will find out eventually.But still,they are looking for Lumine as well and in case they start searching the houses in Mondstadt,I'm screwed.I have to do something with them as soon as possible and get rid of them.
Just as I thought,Kaeya started spending a bit more time with me since Lumine,Amber and Paimon disappeared all of a sudden.I was obviously right.They were stopping Kaeya from getting closer to me.Some of them disappeared and look,me and Kaeya got closer.We are talking way more often,we are eating together sometimes,hanging out,many many since they disappeared.I knew this was the solution.
—Next day "We found her corpse in Stormterror's lair" Jean said.She called an emergency meeting with all the Knights of Favonius becouse they finally found Amber's rotting corpse.Took ya long enough. "Someone or something keeps doing this.First Amber,then some days later Lumine and Paimon disappeared as well.Amber is dead.We know nothing about Lumine or Paimon but we will continue looking for them.Please,if you see them or you have any idea where we could find them,quickly report to me" Jean continued.We all nodded. "Good.You are all free now" she said.Everyone returned to their places but before I can do the same,I have to make a quick visit.
"Come in" i hear a voice say after i knock on the door.I press the handle as i enter in Kaeya's office where he sat in the middle of the room,staring at me. "K-Kaeya.." I say in the most heartbreaking voice I can make.I walk to him and i wrap my arms around his waist,pushing my face in his strong chest.He wraps his arms around me as well as I listen to his calm heartbeat. "K-Kaeya what's..what's gonna happen to us? We will disappear as well?" I say,close to 'tears' .I'm so good at this.
"Don't worry Y/n.I will protect you.I will make sure nothing bad happens to you" he says while holding me tighter.Ah how much I love you my precious boy.He's holding me so tight and close to him.I inhale as much as I can of his comforting scent..ah he smells so good.I love him so much..
I look up at him,staring in his beautiful eye.He looks at me as well as he places a kiss on my forehead.My pretty boy ah do you have any idea how u make me feel when you do things like those? "It's gonna be okay dear Y/n" he says with his lovely voice. "I hope so Kaeya.." i say,faking that tone again.After some minutes of sitting in eachother's embrace,he gets away and looks at me. "Do you have any plans for now Y/n?" he asks. "Hmm..not really.Why?" I ask.I'm so excited. "We could go at Angel's Share if you'd like" he says.Am I in heaven? "I'd love to" I say with a huge smile.I love him so much.My pretty boy is inviting me on a date?
