chapter 8.

I slowly open my eyes as the consciousness returned to me.I couldn't see anything though.I try to move my hands but they are chained toghether,same for my legs.For how long have I been out? Where am I?? Is Y/n here? so many questions in my head..I hope I will get answers as soon as possible.I suddenly hear a door opening and footsteps approaching me.The light turned on causing me to instantly close my eyes because of the sudden amount of light.I slowly open my eyes again only to see Y/n standing some meters in front of me with a smile on her face. "Hello my dear Kaeya" she says. "Y/n? What is going on?" I ask,hoping to get the answers I hope for. "You see..I had to be sure you are here with me.It's too dangerous for you to be with them so I took you here" she says. "And..where we are exactly?" she takes a step further and looks at me.

"I can't tell you yet but..you will find out sooner or later" I nod as we look at each other. "Y/n could you let me out of those chains?" I ask.She looks at me with an unreadable expression and shakes her head no. "I'm sorry Kaeya but for now I can't let you out.It's for your own good.But don't worry I will take good care of you" she says with an insane smile on her face.I hesitantly nod as she takes a step towards me. "Are you hungry?" She asks. "A little bit" I say. "Okay then I'll be right back.Don't go anywhere~" she says as she walks out of this room.Probably this is the basement from what it looks like.I'm trying to understand what in the name of Lord Barbatos it's happening.Y/n basically kidnapped me and took me in some place I have no idea where 'for my own good'? She's absolutely insane but I have no choice.I don't want anyone else dying because of me.We already lost Amber,Jean and Paimon.

Some seconds later,the door opened and Y/n's footsteps were approaching again.She enters in the room with a plate and a cup in her hand. "Here.I got you some Fruity Skewers and your favorite,Sparkling wine with 3 parts of dandelion wine" she says with a smile on her face.She places a chair in front of me and gently starts feeding me the Fruity Skewers.She didn't rush me at all and her gentleness was surprisingly..cute.She made sure she didn't feed me too much or too less,too fast or too slow.She was so gentle with me. "Y/n how do you know my favorite food and drink?" I ask.She stops for a second and smiles. "I know so many things about you my dear Kaeya" she says.Y/n picks up the cup and gives me to drink my favorite wine ever.Sparkling wine with three parts of Dandelion wine.Absolutely immaculate.After I finished my food and my wine,Y/n places the plate and cup on a nearby table and turns her attention to me.

"Are you full? If you are not I could bring you some more Fruity Skewers.Or I could bring you something else if you'd like" she says. "I'm full thank you" I say,my stomach now happy after getting my favorites.She nods and gets up from the chair. "I will come again later" she says as she picks up the plate and leaves the room.I'm all alone again.Am I going to get out of this basement? How long is she planning to keep me here? I mean..at least I get good food and wine.What am I even thinking she's keeping me here after she kidnapped me.I should hate her for this.But in the same time..what's the point in hating her? I don't solve anything.She will probably only going to hurt others again.I don't even know what to do.I guess I will just go with her..

—Time skip
I just woke up after..I don't know how much time.I can't keep track of time in this basement without a window or a clock.The door suddenly opens and footsteps approach again.I look in the direction of the footsteps only to see Y/n with a..nervous look? "Kaeya uhm..it's midnight right now and I tried to sleep but I can't knowing you are here.So..I will get those chains away.Promise me you won't try to escape though" she says.I look at her and I nod. "I promise" she comes behind me and gets me out of those chains.I get up from this chair after many hours as I stretch and rub my wrist. "Did I hurt your wrist? I'm so sorry" She says scared. "No you didn't hurt my wrists it's okay Y/n" I say calming her down.She nods and gently takes my hand.We walk out of the basement and I look around through the house.A kitchen,a door which probably takes to the bathroom,a living room,and a staircase.

We go up on the staircase revealing her bedroom.She opens a drawer where she has..my clothes? She picks one of my shirts and a pair of comfortable pants and gives them to me."Here.I got your clothes from your house before we got here.You can change while I go drink some water" she says.I nod as she walks towards the kitchen.I take off my many layers of clothes,placing them on a nearby chair and I change in the clothes that she gave me.Y/n returned after some minutes and gently grabbed my hand.She made us both sit down on her bed as we lay down and get comfortable.Y/n turns her head to look at me as she snuggles close to my body,her face in my chest. "Good night Kaeya.I love you" she says as she places a kiss on my jaw. "Good night Y/n I love you too" I say feeling her smile against my chest.
