Just Another Nobody (A Shawn Mendes Fanfic)

Chapter 14

We arrived to the hotel. Hayes got the luggage down and we threw it in the back of the van that was parked outside. We walked to the Cameron's room cuz they were all in there. "Aye go get me some starbucks!" Matt shouted to me. "Alright, fine only cuz I want some too."

Then all the guys started asking for Starbucks also. I had them write it down on a paper and started walking out the door to Starbucks across the street.

Shawn caught up to me "Hey I'll go with you..," "Mmkay" I replied as we headed to Starbucks. Shawn grabbed my hand as we jogged across the street. We walked in still hand in hand and waited in line. I gave them the order as Shawn paid. I was going to ise my own money, but he insisted on paying for all the guys.

We got back to the hotel and gave everyone their drink. Bart threw the door open as he yelled, "GUYS HURRY UP AND GET IN THE VAN OR WE'RE GONNA BE LATE TO DALLAS!!" We looked at the time, 11:42. We were supposed to be on the road 12 minutes ago. We crowded into the van and took off to Dallas. I sat in between Shawn and Hayes. Shawn held my hand as we took off, I leaned on his shoulder and slowly drifted to sleep.

"MEGG WAKE UP WE'RE HEREE!!" All the guys yelled to me. We arrived at the hotel and got off the crowded van. We all stretched, got our bags out of the back and walked into the library. Bart assigned us our rooms. Nash with Cameron. Jack with Jack, obviously. Aaron and Taylor. Sammy, Shawn, Hayes and I all had to decided who was rooming with who. I decided Hayes being he was my bestie, but in all reality, I wouldn't have minded to room with Shawn.

"I CALL DIBS ON THIS BED!!!" I yelled as Hayes and I walked into our room. "What's the difference? Aren't they the same?" "Um this one looks bigger" "But they're the sa- just nevermind" He said as I gave him the 'you better shut up' look.

We put our luggage in our room and just chilled on the bed listening to music and scrolling throgh twitter. I decided to tweet
" Just arrived in Dallas for Magcon tomorrow w/(all guys tagged)!!✌✌"

My phone started ringing, it was Nash. I answered the phone and put it on speaker so Hayes could hear. "Helloo"

"Hey the guys are gonna go play laser tag at Main Event...you and Hayes up for it?"

I looked at Hayes and he nodded "Yeah we are" "Alright meet us down in the lobby in about 5 minutes." He said as he ended the call. I decided to stay in my sweatpants and hoodie. I went to the bathroom and touched up my makeup a little, which was only mascara and foundation. When I was done, Hayes and I walked out of the room and also saw Shawn and Sammy also walking out of theirs across the hall. They didn't see us so we ran and jumped on their backs to scare them. I jumped on Shawn's back and Hayes jumped on Sam's back. We bursted into laughter the whole elevator ride down to the lobby.

Shawn and Sam walked out ofthe elevator with Hayes and I on their backs which earned us weird and confusing looks from the guys. We ignored it and got in the van. I sat next to Shawn with our hands intertwined. Gilinsky in the front seat plugged the aux cord into his phone and turned on 'No Type' by Rae Sremmurd and we all started singing along. "I AIN'T GOT NO TYPE!! NAH BAD BITCHES IS THE ONLY THING THAT I LIKE!!"

We arrived to Main Event and chose our teams. Cam, Nash, Hayes, Matt, Carter and I in the blue team. Johnson, Gilinsky, Sammy, Aaron, Taylor and Shawn in the red team. We put on our vests and got our guns. Matt and I hid behind the wall there and waited.

"OH SUCKERRRS WE WONN!!" "IN YOO FACEE!!" Matt and Cameron yelled at the other guys. Nash, Carter and I just stood there laughing. I walked over to Shawn who was pouting. "Awee is wittle Shawn sad that he lost?" I said in a baby voice and mimicked his pout. He looked at me and we both bursted into random laughter. The guys and I went back to the hotel. It was 11:24 PM so we all decided to go to bed considering Magcon was at 11:30, which meant we had to wake up somewhat early. I laid down on my bed and instantly fell asleep.
