Chapter 17

Megan's POV

"Okay meet me at the park down the street at 5:45 after Magcon." Shawn told me as he headed out the door. I went downstairs for Magcon and waited for the other guys to come down from their room. There were what seemed like a hundred screaming fans at the door being held back by security.

Matt came down first, shortly after, all the guys came. We went to our designated tables for meet and greets. As the fans came up to the tables, I got flashbacks of how my emotions were uncontrollable when I first walked up to the them.

My thoughts were interrupted by a girl talking to me. She seemed about my age. "Excusee me but what do you think you're doing dating Shawn??" She asked me with a sassy tone. "Wha-" Before I could finish talking, she interrupted. "How does Shawn even like you ?? You're just a nobody."He probably doesn't even love you." She continued. It hurt. Knowing that all those things are probably true. I stood up from the chair behind Shawn's table and ran back to my hotel room. As I ran, crying, Shawn gave me a questioning look. I shook my head in return and continued to my room.

I sat on the bed as those words replayed in my head. Tears escaping everytime. Once I could control my tears, I walked to the big mirror and just looked at myself. Maybe what the girl said was true. Maybe Shawn doesn't love me. Why would he anyways? I am just a nobody. I'm nothing.

Shawn's POV

I finished with the current meet and greet. As they took the picture, in the corner of my eye, I saw a figure running away. It was Megan. She stopped and looked at me wth hurt in her eyes. Then continued running. I then chased after her. Where would she go? Where did she run to? What happened?

I waited for the busy elevator doors to open. I pressed on the 6th floor and made my way to Megan's room. "MEGAN OPEN UP!! ARE YOU IN THERE??" I screamed trying to open the locked door. I called Hayes panicking on what had happened to Megan.

"Ay do you have the room key??"

"Yeah what happened?"

"Megan's ran to her room crying and the doors locked..I can't get in..Bring me the room key now!!"

"Alright I'm on my way"

I continued banging on the door with my fists. My heart was beating faster and faster as the seconds went by. Moments later, Hayes jogged up to me holding out the key. The door finally opened and I immediately ran to Megan who sat there, collapsed on the floor in front of the mirror, with little sobs escaping her mouth. I picked her up, and embraced her in a hug. I didn't want to leave her alone. I didn't want her to leave my sight.

Sorry guys, its been more than a week since I've uploaded. I was just really stressed out with everything going on. But I'm so glad I could finally upload. Love you people💖
