Just Another Nobody (A Shawn Mendes Fanfic)

Chapter 7

Shawns POV

I made my way down to the lobby along with Taylor for the M&G's. A few girls came by and took pictures with me, and i signed their shirts.

After about 15 fans, this one fan really caught my eye, and not all fans do to be honest. There was just something special about her that made me feel different than all the other fans. She had beautiful hazel eyes, and light brown hair with natural highlights. She was about 5'3 which made her a few inches shorter than me.

She walked up to me and I instantly smiled as we made eye contact. She asked me to sign her 'Shawn Mendes' hoodie so I asked for her name, Megan, and I wrote
'I love you Megan -Shawn Mendes'

I saw Hayes with her and he took our picture. I guess Megan was friends with Hayes. As they walked away, I got a text from Hayes saying..

Hayes: Hey bro, just to let you know Megan is really into you...and I saw the way you were looking at her😏.

I laughed as I read the text and looked at Megan that was walking away, Hayes just looked back at me with a smirk and winked.

Megans POV

I was in amazement when I walked away from Shawn. I couldn't believe I had just met, Thee Shawn Mendes,

After the M&Gs, Hayes and I walked back to the main area where the event would be. I took Hayes' hand and pulled him through the crowd and made my way to the front section where VIP was. A few girls recognized Hayes and wanted pictures with him being that he was Nash's brother.

A few minutes later, the DJ, Mahogany LOX said through the microphone," What's Up Houston!?!" The crowd went wild. Then, she introduced all the guys, Nash, Cameron, Matthew, Carter, Aaron, Jack Johnson, Jack Gilinsky, Sammy, Taylor, and Shawn.

"Thank you guys for all coming" Mahogany said as they all walked back stage. Hayes then texted Nash 'Hey bro, can me and Meg go back stage to hang out for a while?' Seconds later, he got a reply. ' Sure but be one of the last ones to leave, then when mostly everyone's gone, come back stage.' We did just that and right before walking back stage, i whispered to Hayes," Hayes I'm nervous" "Don't be, just be yourself and have fun" He told me as we walked in.
